Morning coffee was bad

The hotel isn't bad, but the cleanliness of our room was poor. There was trash on the bathroom floor, and when we went to get into bed, there was dirt on the sheets, so we had to get up and shake them out. When I made the reservation, it stated that housekeeping service was provided daily, yet they didn't even come to take out the trash, let alone clean. We had planned to book two more nights but decided to switch hotels instead.

Clean room and food parking

My family and I needed to stay the night at a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight the next day. This hotel was perfect for that! It was also very clean and the staff were all so kind.

No noise and everyone that was staying at the time kept to themselves and friendly Rooms should of been cleaned better, mattress was hard and pillows were flat, no view besides a airport car rental, breakfast was good but I wish they had more options staff wasn’t friendly but they were not rude

Nice hotel, I was surprised how quiet it was even being so close to the airport.

Well we picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to airport but I didn’t realize you had to pay to park at hotel while u were gone. So that was an extra $50 —which they over charged me. One couple told me they got charged $30 to park. (They left when we did and got back when we did). So they refunded us $10 when I asked them about it. Also if you want shuttle service keep in mind they only take u to airport every 40 mins! Didn’t get to eat breakfast bc it wasn’t out when we left but they had grab and go options.

The room was clean. It’s right across from the airport and luckily we rented a car through Alamo in Charleston. We had to drive back because our flight got delayed because of a storm coming up into Atlanta from Texas so we drove back and the Alamo rental car was right by the hotel that worked out perfect. We was even able to leave our car there for a little charge every day which helped considerably definitely would stay there again.

The breakfast was ok but with them serving the same food every day we had to go else where on 2 of our mornings. Other than that it was ok It wasn't nothing I didnt like we really felt at home there to where we added another night cause we wasn't ready to leave.
