If you want to stay in a dirty, rundown hotel, this is the place for you. My room was by far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bathtub was filthy. I was traveling from GA to MO and booked the room last minute so I could get some sleep before finishing the last leg of the trip. I arrived around midnight and was exhausted so I just dealt with the conditions. I checked out at 7 am. Couldn’t wait to get out of there! Thank goodness I brought my own blanket and pillow.

The staff! Everything else seems old out of date we got free breakfast but I could not imagine paying for it, there’s hotels around the area who have free breakfast and is better

Clean Ac did not work very well. Woke up to 77 degrees. Water was not very warm for showers

I ended up being offered three rooms. First room key pad didn’t work. Second smelled like someone was literally smoking a joint. Last room had hair, like someone buzzed their face and left it on the counter, the shower didn’t drain towels had holes

I like this hotel overall. Though, as a Hilton, for the price of a Hilton it could be modernized. Little things like USB outlets for charging mean a lot, as most people staying at a Hilton may not bring plugs with them. Things like that.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had no refrigerator or microwave, and both the ice machine on our floor and the floor below were out of order. The bathroom sink leaked constantly, leaving water everywhere, and the room was freezing. No matter how high I adjusted the thermostat, the system continued blowing cold air. The shower was another issue—the water became dangerously hot, making it difficult to use safely. The towels were dingy and did not appear to be up to the cleanliness standards I would expect. To make matters worse, when I turned on the shower, a message appeared on the mirror, which made it very clear that the mirror had not been properly cleaned from the previous guest. I was also surprised to be charged $20 per day for parking despite being a paying hotel guest. Any one of these issues might have been understandable on its own, but having all of them during the same stay made the overall experience extremely disappointing. I chose Hilton because I expected a certain level of comfort, cleanliness, and quality, and unfortunately, this stay did not come close to meeting those expectations. This was 100% not the Hilton quality I expected or paid for.

Airport shuttle provided, rental car places close by. No walkable stores besides gas station. Perfect for layovers

Bed had oneside had a sinkhole the mattress not firm. Sleep across the bed water damages on wall moldy no water next guest bath tub was dirty not cleaned no bags trash can. No refrigerator it advertising hallway to warm, in front of the hotel not clean
