Mr.Ray and another desk clerk were very helpful to us and went beyond the duties to help us,thank you.

Great location! Loved that we could see planes landing and taking off from our room! The room itself was very nice and spacious, neat bathroom with light up mirror and nice walk in shower. The staff were all very friendly, we worked with Lamont and Angel during our stay. Nothing, everything was great.

Breakfast was not the greatest. Sausage patties whose edges were over microwaved. Diced potatoes was almost out. Omelettes were out. Apple juice ran out. Worker need to check and restock more often. It was only 8:30am. Worker only returned chairs to table but not bother to clean trash from table. Unimpressive. Everything else about the hotel was great. Probably should have walked over to connected Hilton for breakfast.

It was clean and well lit. The pillows were to soft and we found some used sexual items in our room. We also were required to pay to park after being told we could get our parking validated and not have to pay.

Ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. I liked that I received a text asking how things were after check in. The room was comfortable and clean. Pillows were not comfortable at all. No one serviced the room while we were there. Paying for parking is just ridiculous and I wasn’t expecting to do so. It’s an unacceptable added cost when the rooms aren’t cheap.

We were very happy with our stay here! Check in was super fast and easy. Our room was ready when we arrived and was very clean and spacious. I was surprised how comfortable the beds were too. I also loved that the air conditioner actually worked and I was able to adjust the temp so I could sleep more comfortably. Huge plus! Every single staff member throughout our stay was really kind, professional, and helpful. I think this hotel is in a great location too. The restaurant was also really good and I would highly recommend trying the Gooey Butter Cake!! We will definitely be using this hotel for our future stays.

I liked everything. I especially appreciated Angel. She was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay. She was very engaging and pleasant which was greatly appreciated following a long trip from California to attend a family funeral. Thank you!

Great place to stay, close to the airport, can use the shuttle and pay for parking at the hotel, cheaper than at the airport.
