DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis Airport

We stay here because it's a quick ride to the airport on our early morning flights with their free shuttle service. It's always clean and front desk is quick, helpful and very nice. I always feel safe here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean as well as the rooms.

Very clean and nice for the price. Only slept there and convenience of being close to rental cars and airport were nice.

Close to the airport is what I liked.Rooms were okay, no refrigerator no breakfast.The hamburger restaurant they had down below was dirty and didn't have much of what they had on their menu, chicken, marzilla.They didn't have marcella wine and the club sandwich was just turkey and bacon and lettuce, tomato.That's not a club

Our first stay was a couple years ago we found a restaurant a few blocks down the street. Upon entering the lobby I tried to get an Uber, but as I was, some gentle men came from behind the counter and said no their shuttle would take us and pick us up. This time as I asked the front desk about the same trip.the shuttle is only for airport transfer. So new knee and all we walked. And they were ot of cookies the morning we left

Room was nice no microwave no refrigerator and the shower curtain was drirty

Even in the early evening, there was no on-duty manager. When I requested assistance with a problem in the room, all front desk staffs said was that they would report it to the manager or speak to housekeeping, and they took no action to help. When I book a DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton, we expect service befitting its reputation, but they are completely destroying it. I will never book a DoubleTree Hotel in St. Louis again.

Long story short the other staff did refund us for our cold food that was left behind the desk for 3 hours. I appreciated that. But when I tell you the midnight staff was nasty to us and laughed about us being diabetic and needing to eat . I will never in life go there again …

All the other staff members were very polite, professional, and helpful. I think it's BULLSHIT THAT the front desk will not print out a receipt of the charges for the room. I will tell everyone I know NEVER USE THIS SITE AGIN. I KNOW 100s of Corrections officers and believe me word of mouth is the best "ADVERTISEMENT"

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. There was no refrigerator in or room, which not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. The bed was awful. There was no supper and it was hard like we were sleeping on a box spring.

As expected. Room and property is clean and well maintained.
