The staff are amazing. So polite, very helpful. They were amazing!

The staff is wonderful and tries their hardest to meet every need, request, etc. Truly, they were lovely. However, that can't balance fully some of the shortcomings of this property. First, the breakfast is bare minimum - eggs, pancakes and bacon, plain bagels, cream cheese, toast, oranges, two cereals and a juice. That sounds like a lot until you realize it's mostly carbs. It's oddly laid out and impossible to toast anything without being in the way of the line. You are charged extra for it, but no one keeps track of who has paid or who hasn't - so pretty sure we could have just walked in to partake. It's also served in the basement restaurant. Additionally, the shower had zero water pressure, It was equivalent to a weak hose, as the only setting that provided any useful pressure was the single stream massage setting on the showerhead, but it barely eeked out water, so certainly no massage. There are some nice public areas - the lobby and the "tech lounge" were really useful. We stayed as part of a "stay to play" sports event, it wasn't very well suited to youth athletes, but for adult travelers, it's a good budget choice with a solid staff.

Great place to stay when flying out early. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.

The property was clean maintained. It was in a good location and accessible/suitable to our needs.

Good place to stay on a layover. Staff courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bar/restaurant is clean excellent.

Older hotel. They wouldn’t send us our digital key before we arrived. We had to go to the front desk. I wasn’t the only customer that was upset about it. Room was ok. Layout is way weird with two different elevators and side exits you could go out because they were on fire alarm doors. Restaurant was pretty good. Tall guy working there was very good.

It was nice and clean The sink in the bathroom was clean but did not look like it. The water pressure or the shower head caused the water to come out weak. I prefer stronger pressure.

While the place was clean, there was so much activity going on all night long. There were people slamming the doors in the middle of the night and we felt like someone was going to break down our doors. Strange activity of people going in and out of the building and just hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Both nights it was impossible to get any sleep as people were either yelling, crying, creaming at one another and slamming doors. It certainly felt like there was some illegal activity going on and it felt extremely unsafe.

The listing said there was a pool, when we arrived the front desk informed us there was no pool. So that was disappointing for my children. The room says accommodates 4 but there were 3 towels. I'll never understand that. Not to mention 3 of us are women, so we obviously need more towels when we are drying hair and such. But at least give us 4 towels. The shower floor was dark with people's feet having been in there and merely needs bleached or soft scrub or comet, any of these things would get it out in like 5 minutes. Behind the toilets on the floors also is dirty. Just a little extra cleaning is needed. - Otherwise the staff was very kind, very helpful, and the woman who checked us in, stayed very calm despite the fact that the phone was ringing off the hook and she had a full lobby, she handled each guest with care and kindness and I appreciated her professionalism and she spoke to each person as if they were the only person in the room. That takes real poise. She should be commended.

Server was gone for a long time and wanted to close early.

Comfy bed. Quite. Loved that they had airport transfer to and from. Was able to leave our vehicle at the hotel for a fraction of the cost of the airport parking. Very friendly staff.

The parking/lot was awful and no where to park. The front desk clerk on night shift was not nice when I told the clerk I did not have a place to park and he told nobody else had a place to park. 🙁 I was scared and felt helpless. It just so happened another man was checking out and that’s how I got a parking space at 2:30 ish am. As a female this is something you don’t want to hear at a hotel you’re staying in. This is not the first time for no parking spaces. I would cross my fingers and hope I had a place to park when I return to the hotel. The parking is horrible. Overall the staff was nice accept the one guy on night shift. Thank you!

The location. Chose the hotel because parking was free while we were gone on our trip, but they actually charged $10 a day for parking on the days we weren't there. This was not listed anywhere in the hotel information. They also put a $250 incidental hold on your card
