Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Airport

Honestly, pretty good pricing for free breakfast, lunch and dinner and other amenities. Parking lot can be pretty cramped, but can't do anything about that.

Never have I been in a hotel where it was so very quiet (especially before midnight) as this Drury. It was quiet all evening which made it easier to sleep. As usual all the meals were delicious. When needing a hotel, we locate a Drury.

Always like the kickbacks

Needed 3:45am airport shuttle and went to desk at 3:40 to call the shuttle as we were told to do and the one desk person was not there. Waited 5 minutes and still no sign of her even though the desk alarm was going off repeatedly. Called the hotel from my cell phone and she said “I’m away from the desk I’ll be there shortly” she came back and called shuttle but it put us 15 min behind.

The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was okay. The eggs were somewhat watery and the potatoes were ehh. The hotel location is great, close to the airport (about a minute or two away). Food is super close as well as a few clothing and grocery stores. There is a pool but it was closed due to the crazy weather. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor which was another bonus! Overall I was satisfied and will be back again.

Will not stay at this Drury ever again. Girls at front desk check in were great, friendly and helpful. This Drury is not on par with other Drury I have stayed at. This is about the 10th time I have stayed at hotel in St Louis I the last 3 years and this was the worse hotel I stayed at. The food was gross. Could hear Mom swearing at her kids in room by ours. On the day we checked out and waiting to catch plane, rude manager Bill said to me “you are not a guest at this hotel any more because you checked out at 11”. I travel a lot for work, vacation and sports, I have never been told this or been treated so rudely when I stayed a the hotel on check out day.

Would recommend anyone to stay.

It’s an older hotel with some remodeling. Breakfast staff do a very nice job and there were always people cleaning. I was not pleased about the fridge not being turned on prior to checking into my room. It was two days before I was able to inquire and was told I had to pull it out completely and turn it on in the back. Feel this was not something I should have to do. I am older and not as able.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The stay was perfect for an overnight, and we loved the amenities. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful.

The pool and hot tub usage should be periodically monitored. 8 kids in the hot tub, lack of parental supervision.

Very nice, clean hotel for our overnight stay in St Louis. Dinner & drink tickets the night of check in were included. We didn't use them, but it was still nice!! Breakfast the next morning was great!! So many choices!! Have never seen more breakfast choices @ a hotel before!! Check in & out were very easy. Beds & pillows were very comfy.
