Quality Inn St. Louis Airport Hotel

It was okay for the price.

Very run down, beat up, rooms. stained bedding, bathroom door wouldn’t shut because it appeared to have been kicked in, cockroach climbing wall in hallway, zero cold water pressure in bathroom sink, had to make coffee with warm tap water, didn’t drink it because it tasted bad. No elevator. Tv provider was terrible too. Shuttle driver was awesome though.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. There were crickets & bugs in there. The bathtub was disgusting. I didn’t even really wanna stand in it. It was so filthy. I think this has to be one of the worst states I’ve ever had in all the time I’ve ever had stayed at hotel since I was 19 and I’m 72. I never leave reviews like this, but it was really atrocious!

Air didn't work properly room not clean no refrigerator no microwave

Broken faucet. Breakfast is coffee and a slice of bread. Or sugary cold cereal. The usual make yourself pancakes

If you're looking to stay close to the airport for a night because you have an early flight well, this place is next nitbonly to the airport but walking distance from Car Rental return. Bed and bathroom are OK. Other than that 😬.

Staff were very nice. Nothing else was good

Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Kinda dingy throughout. It was a bed to sleep in before our early flight, nothing more.

My stay was good. After checking in I did request to change rooms and the front desk handled it quickly and with a smile.

The room had roaches. Hole in the bathroom wall above the light fixture.

The room was nice but the door lock was lose so anybody could really get inside the room if they knew how .

Mold in bathroom and roaches. AC was great though

The front desk People where loud and it was condom in the hall and also it roach come down the wall

No soap in the shower, front desk Fanny was awesome, other than Danny, not good at all. Did not feel safe most of the time. Fire alarm sounded and all hallways doors were locked.

There was nothing unique about this place. There wasn’t really any amenities either. I got the room and that was about it.

Nothing The smell of marijuana hit me as soon as I stepped in the entrance. I asked the front desk person whether it always smells like weed here. She replied, this is a non-smoking establishment. I said, There are clearly people smoking here. She said, Well, people do what they want regardless of what we say. It was hot in the hotel, and most especially in the 2nd-floor hallway. Everything is outdated in that hotel. There is no elevator in the building! The hotel room is dark and drab. After about 30 minutes in the hotel, I asked for a refund. I left and found another hotel

My room had roach crawling down the wall. I had to put my belongs back in my car so I wouldn't take a roach home.
