The person at the desk was nice Bed bugs

Always nice front desk people. Always clean. A little noise going on at 4am but expected if someone had an early flight. Breakfast starts at 7am wish it had been earlier.

Nice of Treatment the nice cooperation and respect

Close to airport. Shuttle to airport stops at 3 different hotels. This isn’t disclosed when you sign up for the shuttle. The 5:15 am van didn’t pick up until 5:35 am. It also wasn’t disclosed that it goes to two terminals, which adds time to the journey.

Clean room. Comfortable beds Nice bathroom Description was free. TV free Wi-Fi TV did not have local legacy media. Wi-Fi was not available. You connect but no data. You don't even get 10kbs. Please don't list it if they don't provide it. That is my problem with booking.com. I hope you take this rating into the your attention. This even happened. A nice state at Branson. You say free Wi-Fi but there's no Wi-Fi. I understand that there might be a problem with the Wi-Fi on there on that area, but it shouldn't be part of the list if they don't provide it when they ask for the pay Wi-Fi. That's another thing. Thank you.

The location and the available parking while on my trip. The airport shuttle. The Fire . No electricity the next morning. No offer to give us a comp.

Location... Excellent. Shuttle bus perfect! Plumber made a terrible job on the faucet, the water run around the sides instead of the nozzle

Decent place to have a short stay A few broken items and non functional items.

I liked the convient location I didnt like the fact that there was no water so we were not able to take showers, flush toilet or anything.

The location The television went on and off. The bed was very uncomfortable,the shower water barely came through the shower head.

One of the staff was harassing me and went to my room to offer me money for sex and grabbed me by my waist and i had basically push him out and texted me too and the next morning he went again and trying to say sorry and that he wanted to touch my feet

Location was convenient A.C. was not functional. NO towel or linen service for the duration of our 5-day stay. Hair dryer holder broken. Shower curtain rod was broken. Facilities maintenance was lacking.

The staff were very nice and accommodating Too much nuisance and strong smell of marijuana throughout entire hotel.

Location was the only nice thing. The hotel smelt of smoke even thought there was no smoking signs. In the room the ceiling was falling apart, the bathtub had pink gunk and yellow crust around it. The frame of the mirror was falling apart. The doors were painted a jail gray color. The breakfast in the morning was so minimal, only waffles you make, toast, 2 types of cereal and bananas. We had to go get breakfast somewhere else.

Availability There was no hot water!!!

Nothing really Nothing like pics, rooms are old, lots of trash in hallways and on stairs, no elevator
