Had a problem with the smell in the room. Staff was very concerned when we told them about it.

This was a decent airport hotel for the money. Staff was mixed, we really only liked the shuttle driver. Place was a little dated/worn but not too bad yet. Not sure why there is such a mix of tables and seating at breakfast and none of it goes together, so chairs are too tall/short for the lower tables. Room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfy. Laundry is at the sister property across the lot, and there were only 2 washers/dryers, so that was inconvenient. I was able to wash but the dryers were taken so had to visit a local laundromat at 11pm, which is a poor area of town to have to do that. Shuttle was great to get to/from the airport promptly and parking at the property is convenient and protected by a gate you had to key into. Breakfast was ok, not great, we didn’t even attempt waffles since always busy and attendants were not friendly. Overall it worked for what we needed and was on budget but had some inconveniences.

The place needs major updating. The carpet were stained and dirty. Bed sheets and towels had stains on them.

It was a clean room. The staff was nice. It was a very pleasant day.

This is a very convenient location and a nice place to stay while you are in St Louis. Surprisingly quiet although right next to the airport

Above and beyond

There was a smell that reminded me of dead fish in the area that creeped into the hotel. Notheir fault but it was gross.

We had a beer bottle cap on the floor. Which all of this we were upset but ok. Until I went to use the bathroom. There was poo stains on toilet seat and female blood under the rim of the toilet seat. I reported all of this and all I was told was so sorry we will tell the manager. I haven't heard from anyone. To top it off we checked in late and put the do not disturb on the door, only to have the housekeeping knock on the door before 9am and ask when we were leaving.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip to St. Louis. We were attending a concert at the Enterprise Center and would have liked to have stayed closer to that, but the hotels downtown were very expensive. This hotel was much cheaper. We liked that they had a swimming pool. We used that on Saturday when it was so hot. We were the only ones in the pool for awhile, so that was nice. It was quiet both evenings, so we didn't have any issues getting plenty of sleep. To me, I thought the breakfast was just ok. You could make waffles. They had cereal, watery eggs, sausage and some fruit. The staff was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I had a flight planned the next day.

in town for my annual visit to see Cardinals baseball games. still works for me to stay at this hotel as i fly in and it is near the airport. another factor in staying there is having continental breakfast available, it's one less meal per day that i need to search for. all i need is a clean and quiet place to sleep and this is what i received.

The carpet was old with multiple stains. The room had an old smell.

Overall the stay was fine. Not much for a workout room and the breakfast was ok but exactly the same style eggs and sausage every day we were there. The BIG complaint was that we were put into an adjoining room unit and the people that were in there the last night talked loud and hollering kids until around 10:30 at night. NO FUN TO HALF TO DEAL WITH!!!

We only stayed one night and flew out in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Our flight was early and we needed to return our rental car. The front desk staff advised us that we could return the car and the hotel shuttle would pick us up. We were able to return the car early so we didn't have to mess with it in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night to get to the airport early and it was clean, convenient, quiet, and shuttle service was prompt and helpful.

Very disappointed... big pet stain middle of floor. I don't care if it's pet friendly. Please make it nice for those that don't have pets. When I asked why the pet stained wasn't cleaned up. The answer was we are getting new carpet.never ever return.

Clean rooms with friendly and professional staff.

Hotel was nice. The room was pleasant. It was just a little thin in the walls so we could hear stuff so at 3 o’clock in the morning when people are going to the airport we could hear that but other than that, it was a very pleasant day for the one night that we were there.

Shuttle Is 24/7 and easy to use and fine. Workers all kind and helpful. I felt safe
