Convenient for airport access

There are no vending machines on the floors limited selection in shop. No allergen free foods at all. They didn’t warn any of the guests about the 9:30 am fire alarms that would be going off over and over for over 30mins. The had wet floors in the hall area and reactor area the cleaning cart was blocking the elevator when we came down. Lil children and families were in the hall confused. We packed up and left with little rest due to a late flight getting in and the alarms and fire scare. I am not impressed with how they do things. They also took my information and said they’d compensate for the inconvenience and I haven’t heard a word. Don’t think I will be returning or recommending

Out of several hotels that I’ve stayed at in the area this is the best out of all of them

The ease of parking along with an airport shuttle made the stay good. Room was fine. Staff was friendly. I will choose them again.

Arrived 3pm check-in no rooms clean had to wait 35mins, Then was checked in to a dirty room. Second room had no trash bags, no information in room about anything for city or restaurants or sights. Was grateful for polite staff and shuttles. When did hotels start putting sheets under and on top blanket. No vending machine on 3rd floor. Need to add some alpha gal friendly foods to vending machines and breakfast.

Everything was great, my only thing was I wasn’t aware of there being a $50 deposit on my room until I arrived at the hotel. I paid in advance online for the room rental itself then upon checking in was asked for my card to get a $50 deposit. I was told it would be returned shortly after checking out and it’s still not returned.

Staff was super friendly, shuttle to and from airport was quick and convenient, bed was super comfortable. Since I had to leave early, before official breakfast hours, they did have some items available so I could grab a quick breakfast. No complaints.
