Reviews
-
Great hotel with easy access to/from the airport. Exactly what I needed.
-
My go to place to stay when exploring the Cities. Easy on/off major hwys, convenient store just on the other side of the 494 bridge if driving and need gas. Many food options a couple miles to the south across that same bridge in Eagan. Easy parking with well lit lot.

Good place to stay. Nice and clean.
-
I really enjoyed having a balcony to start my day on and the area was very quiet and close to many shops and businesses. I was staying there to attend a music festival so I didn't take advantage of many amenities but I sure would stay there again and do so.

all good except coffee machine broke

I arrived around midnight and left early the next morning so didn't see much. I booked and paid on Expedia, but the hotel also charged me! I didn't know this until I got my credit card bill.

Check in did not go well. We came in very late from a delayed fight. 2:30 am. They had difficulty finding a room for us. At first they were saying there was no room available, a room I had prepaid for and would not have gotten a refund for if we had not made it in that morning. They finally found a room that was empty but listed on the computer as not available. They sent a worker up to check to make sure it was clean, they said it was and we got a room at 3:00am. During check in we had to pay the hold deposit on the credit card as per routine but we also had to pay an extra $10.80 remaining balance from our Expedia bill. Didn’t make sense but it was 3:00 am and I needed sleep. The next morning I was not able to get a receipt for the $10.80 charged to my credit card and no one could tell me why it was charged. I asked if there is a resort fee or city fee of some type and they said no. The charge is still pending on my card and still remains a mystery to me and to the hotel.

Nice renovated but location is not the best one does need a car. Gym not all that well equipped. Staff super nice. All in all a good experience.
-
The property is easy to access from the major Hwy system. It is nice that they have a restaurant in house but the prices they charge seem to be excessive.
-
Room was clean and the stay was quiet. The building is wel maintained. There is no continental breakfast which is inconvenient but there is a Starbucks available in the building. The central courtyard is very pretty.
-
The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. There was an oder in the room. The toilet would randomly stop working to the point I had to use the rest room in the lobby! We had to ask for fresh towels because they weren't replaced daily. And the key card would randomly stop working locking us out of our rooms and the building! The neglect here was unreal. Worst part is that we were not the only people who experienced this. Many people were complaining to the front desk. Definitely not worth the price
