The area right in front of the entrance was dirty with a lot of cigarette butts. The lobby was tired looking and unwelcoming and smelled really bad. Staff was not friendly… and no ice machines anywhere on the property. Went down to the lobby for coffee and back to our room, the card key wouldn’t work, went back to the lobby… no greeting, no smile and no apology. We’ll never stay here again.

The staff is very nice and will actually work with you, it was clean , if I needed something they gave it to me with no problems Overpriced vending and laundry machines, and some of the noisy residents

This place is a dump. Shower sprayed water to ceiling and floor. No ice bed sheets were like sandpaper. Never again. This place needs to close. Everything

On a positive note, the bed itself was super comfortable, but we brought our own sheets, pillows and comforter. The air also worked great but we’d recommend a box fan to drown out the noise coming from the paper thin walls. We were also able to check in early which we appreciated, especially with getting ready for our concert that night. The biggest thing for my wife and I when we stay at a new hotel, is safety. We’ve stayed at Extended Stays before with no issues and with this being in a good area, I thought we’d be okay forsure. I was wrong. This location has me looking at all Extended Stays differently now. We did not feel safe and debated leaving after 1st night of our 2 night stay. There appeared to be homeless people outside, 24/7 that I overheard one employee tell another, tried to sneak in the building numerous times. That’s not very comforting to hear before your stay. And when we arrived at 1am after our concert one night, we had to quickly close the door behind us because someone else tried to get in the building but we exterior doors lock at a certain time. Aside from safety, our room itself was dirty. Sheets were stained, trash in one of the cans and what looked like pubes folded into one of the bath towels. Also, less than an hour of walking barefoot around the room and our feet were BLACK.

This is primarily a long term stay place for workers. It has no amenities, not even an ice machine. There are ice cube trays in the freezer but they are empty on arrival. I had to go to a convenience store for ice. It decor is very tired. Elevator feels like a freight elevator and hallway carpets were nasty. Room itself was very clean and perfectly serviceable. Would not recommend.

Just the coffee, and that was reaching! The trash could and been taken out left from the prior guest(s). The hallway reeked of cat pee, The hallway carpets looked dirty and stained throghout. I believe I was charged more than promised. The place looked like a medium level homeless shelter. Overall, disgusting---will never stay there nor any Extended Stay American Suite. OMG, I've seen better 3rd world country hotels/suites.

I like the set up of the room and the price. I don’t like how you all have bugs and don’t wipe everything down

  • Engine customer May 2026

Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.

When booking this hotel, I knew I wasn't going to get the Four Seasons, but I was really hopeful that it would work for our weekend stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk and allowed to check in to the room about an hour early! Stepping into the room, I got a little nervous, though. The whole room (and building) is clearly very old and haven't always had perfect maintainence. I forgot this fact and I was shocked when the place wasn't perfectly fresh. After consideration, though, it looked quite cozy considering the type of building and the price point I booked it at. The blankets have clearly been used many times, but were perfectly clean and ready to go. The furniture had some minor wear and tear, but were still perfectly good for use. The electric out lets were kind of inconvenient for my companions who use a CPAP machine to sleep. The outlets were either behind the beds (which could easily be moved) or on the opposite side of the bed from the nightstand. We made it work just fine, though. The bathroom is small and well used, but clean and tidy. Heads up, they do not provide a hair dryer, so be prepared! The kitchen was small, but usable. It had a gas stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. It doesn't come stocked with cooking utensils, but they are available for loan/purchase at the front desk. My biggest fear when seeing the old building was that it would have bugs, which happened at a previous stay at a completely dif

Reasonable convenience Breakfast could have added fruit or yogurt

Staff was very friendly, rooms were overage and the beds were rough to sleep on but for price and what it was worth it wasn’t bad! I would book there again!

Nothing Elevator was broken, that should have been a sign, not to mention the smell. It smelled so bad of pot that it made me sick. The room smelled like mold, so the combo was way too much. I went right down and demanded my reservation to be canceled. Extremely disappointing! I’m a pretty laid back person, but that “hotel” was absolutely ridiculous!

I called the hotel switchboard to ask for a refund and we were told we would get a full refund within the week. Well 3 weeks went by and no refund. We had to call again and ask again. This time our money was refunded. Would not recommend staying at this place. They do not take care of you - the customer.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. He is an all star manager and I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy The room I stayed in had an odor to it during the two weeks I occupied it. Other than that I didn’t have any issues
