Staff clean room
-
It was what I expected
-
It is in a great location, and the service was excellent—we even asked to stay an extra night.
-
The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.
-
It was clean and reasonably priced The breakfast was not good and hard to sleep because it sounds ded like the interstate was in the room from the noise
-
Room served its purpose.

Helpful staff

We will never stay there again.

Not happy. Not sure it’s the property or hotel.com.
-
my room had a huge stain on the ceiling. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them as well, so I wasn’t very uncomfortable. Noticing that there was also hair stuck all over the pool towels when I wiped myself off I had hair on my body from someone else

This was our 2nd time staying here when we were in town. So when we decided to come again this was the only place I wanted to stay. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and rooms are always clean. Only thing is the thermostat is on C instead of F for the temperature but that isn’t a deal breaker for me I figured it out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants clean and safe place to stay.

The A/C did not work all night! 😣

Was traveling for work. Got there around 11-1130 that night. Checked in and got my room. Room was full of mold from old water damage. Second room was better but far from great. I was exhausted from working 17 hours that day and turned the ac on to get rid of the humidity and heat in the room. Woke up at 6 and was out by 630. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and I left. Thinking 20-25 years ago it was nice but it needs some maintance and updating.

Overall the hotel was overpriced. The breakfast seemed to be stuff they had picked up from Sams Club. There was nothing fancy about the rooms. I'm guessing the workers are the owners. They are trying hard to make it a nice place.

Room cleaning once every three days, pool out of order, towels were more yellow than white. I left a day early and was charged for the entire stay. Won’t be back.

Friendly, attentive staff; good breakfast; fitness room, cleanliness

Todo

The room was, loud, could hear the traffic outside. Outlets in bathroom didn’t work. The towels and bedding had stains on them. The room had a bit of a musty odor. The pool was closed for maintenance, did not find that out until check in. Fitness center was closed the first day. Key card stopped working first night. Electronic access doesn’t work on end doors. It appears they are trying to make improvements, but it would have been nice to know prior to check in.

We got to the property and it had some sketchy vibes to it. The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not told beforehand. It was very unfortunate since that was what my kids were looking forward to the most. The facility seemed unclean, not filthy, but kinda gross feeling. The staff was helpful and offered other things to do in the area since the pool was closed for maintenance. They were kind enough to get us adjoining rooms as well.

Good room for price
