Very helpful staff

Everything was above average. There was a broken faucet but they came to fix it right away

Staffs were very helpful and checks with the guests how they are feeling. Breakfast was always filled ip with foods .

The room was clean and looked to be freshly renovated. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good with many options! Although parking was a bit rough - we had to park at business next door - just odd not really a big deal.

This hotel is NOT what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. While the hotel is located conveniently off the highway, the state of the hotel is below what you would expect from an average Hampton Inn. The hotel appears to be 'under construction', but yet I didn't see anyone working on construction for the three days that we were there. Hallways were 'beaten up', with missing trim molding and loose wires exposed. The elevators are old and one of them made a lot of noise and shook when it went up or down, making it feel very unsafe. The rooms appeared to be refurbished, but the doors to hallway were so thin, the noise outside from other guests, made a restful night impossible. The bathroom was not clean, and the tub was quite slippery to stand in.

The room was compact. Only enough space between beds and tv table/desk for one person to walk. Children did enjoy the pool. And the breakfast was good.

We didn't get to enjoy breakfast due to the amount of people at the hotel. The lighting in the room and bathroom were horrible. There was dust on the light fixtures. Paint chipping throughout the room. The hallways smelled musty. Someone spit in the elevator and we told the front desk the day we checked in. No one cleaned it the entire weekend. I woke up early on purpose so we could get the hell out of there and the spit was still in the elevator at check out.

In process of doing some refurbishing. Small rooms. Our TV did not work correctly and they said having issues with them. Need more substantial pillows! Bed was fine. Good shower.

The hotel was under renovation and that was not indicated when the reservation was made. So, when I stayed there, it was in a state of general disrepair. Additionally, the air conditioner only blew warm air.

Hotel is undergoing remodeling and our rooms were in the midst of it so wasn’t the best stay as the shower molding had some black spots and containers of soap, shampoo, etc ran out while there. Good location and friendly staff.

It doesn’t say on the website that they are remodeling!!

Ps We had no tv remote. -1 star for that.

They're currently going through remodeling so its hard to tell what it would be like normally. The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and smelled good. TV reception wasn't great though and the elevator sounded sketchy but beyond that it was a good stay.

Remodeling was taking place. While I know this has to be done, we found the hall was dirty leading to our room.

Everything is always great

It was a place to sleep on a long trip so it worked. During a remodel and place smelled like paint and the TV remote didn't work but it was better than sleeping in your car.
