It wasn’t terrible and it was probably worth what I paid, which was not much.

Unfortunately, this hotel smelled so bad. Our room was basically unbearable however we needed a place to sleep and it would be too much of a hassle to find another hotel so we stayed. I have never been so miserable in a hotel in my life. I am rating this 2 stars because the free breakfast was alright and the staff was nice. But the building the the smell is horrendous.

The hotel had a musty smell when you first walked into the lobby, but overall it wasn’t entirely bad. However, once you got into the rooms, the rooms had amazing smell and they were very clean. Perhaps they may need to change their carpeting in the lobby and in the hallway because there are no carpets in the rooms so that’s why there’s no smells in there but overall the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful.

I liked that the location was central to our weekend girls trip adventures. I also liked that it was in a safe, well lit area and that the staff was helpful and friendly. We actually extended our stay a night because of the hotel conditions. NA

Good location on the island Hotel is in need of some maintenance and updating. Was very muggy and hot through the entire hotel and furniture is in need of major cleaning or updating.

The staff wars so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Location was close to everything. The pool was small but clean and relaxing. We will be back again.

The room doors were impossible to open easily. It took 5 tries before the room door would open every time. Also and most importantly, the room was smelled like mold. There was a high mold smell that was ongoing from the moment I checked in until check out. I would never stay at this location again. No soaps in the room. This clearly was a room that should not have been given to any guests.

Peggy was amazing! She is super sweet and kept everything clean and tidy. I’ve stayed in many hotels but Peggy made this so enjoyable. All of the staff was excellent and our room was great as well.

Good location, excellent breakfast, most of the staff were welcoming, 24/7 coffee, tea and juice bar, clean rooms with a great tall shower head .

I loved the free cookies, the location, and the hospitality staff was really kind. My room wasn’t the cleanest and it smelt like mold.

Parking good. Breakfast good Had to be escorted to room by staff because key card reader was down. Phone in room could not call out but woke us up twice ringing for no reason. Husband had to get dressed to get staff to disconnect or fix it. Checked out a day early because of inconvenience.

Room key machine was down, sooooo everytime we left the room we needed the front desk to let us into our room..... the hotel is nice but needs to be "cleaned up" some..... staff was great, nice location and BF was fresh & hot!!!

Close and easy access Smelled walking into lobby and room smelled awful

Room could gave been cleaner the side tables had cup marks where they hadn’t been wiped down properly, facet on sink had water stains on it. Room smelled of mildew, and asked for more towels at one point and they said they wouldn’t have towels for an hour. Bed was comfortable though.

No plug-in for electric or hybrid vehicles. Initial help at desk was great, but we left some clothes in a drawer in room 121 and we had no follow-up or help with tracking them down. We could have had relatives pick them up, but no-one called us back after several calls to the day desk. Night clerk was very helpful and even went to room to check on clothes but could not gain access to maid service and day desk clerk indicated that no lost and found items were new. She indicated that she would check with cleaning staff and have someone call us back. So, wife had to go buy some new clothes to replace the ones left in room.
