Maria was exceptionally attentive to requests and making sure my stay was a good experience. She made the difference between an average experience and a very good experience! Other staff were also kind and service oriented. Lack of basic necessities - silverware and kitchen accessories. Water pressure was weak. Lacked basic touches.

Spacious room in good location. Rooftop pool which we did not use looked inviting. Bed was comfortable, furnishings ok but not particularly plush. Parking was convenient and free. No Beachfront location.

Location was very good. Close to restaurants. It was clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Our room was located next to the lobby. On the other side of the kitchen and living room wall they had the lobby speakers. All night we had to listen to what was playing on those speakers. It was hard to hear your tv. It became very frustrating.

The tv was not a “smart tv” as claimed. The cleaning staff did less than a good job. Trash from previous occupants were still in the can under the sink. We asked that this be handled, they didn’t do it the next day. Several days we had the same sort of “minor” mishaps. If hotel has “new owners” they need to actually care and stress to staff about finishing well. Also don’t believe the pool photos. There is no bar. No outdoor TVs. A few sad dilapidated chairs with no umbrellas. Looks like an afterthought. Evening cocktails also did not exist. Will not go back.
