Why did we even stay the night and not go elsewhere?! Great question! If you really want to know: we arrived at 11:00 pm after having loaded a uhaul at 8a to noon, driving 4.5 hours, unloading a UhAul with every single piece of furniture going up 30 steps. We were traveling as a group that was helping our niece with mental problems after just burying both parents that just passed way and we were all exhausted, cranky, and no longer felt like dealing with the hassle of going somewhere else.

I appreciate the fact that the desk person made sure I got a lower floor room and explained where to park appropriately to where your room was. The bed was a bit hard for me.

Staff was AMAZING, KIND, HELPFUL, and super accommodating for us a bigger group. I appreciate everyone at the front desk as well so much and i would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a pretty good stay! I liked the room a lot. it smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad. I had to confirm it was a no smoking room and it was. I checked with both staff and the no smoking sign was posted on the door.

I'm not sure where to start because I'm not one to leave negative feedback. When you first check in it looks sketchy but you give them the benefit of the doubt. Let me make sure I can clear that the people I dealt with were very kind. Very nice. That's why they get the second start. Outside of that I would not put any of my loved ones there. Outside my window they allowed a group of eight or nine Hooligans sorry to use that word party until 2:00 in the morning I wanted to call and ask for help but the phone didn't work. Been starting at 6:30 in the morning these kids were running through the Halls jumping up and down on the floor above me and to make things worse I was here on an emergency ride I fly because I have a friend who's dying. When I went to ask the staff for help they said well since you bought this through a third party there's really nothing we can do. So as I was monitoring My Level upset of upset I said okay I'm not going to hover you over this if you can I need you to do something about it. I never heard back. I didn't want to leave a review until it was clear they were not going to get back to me. Stains on the carpet didn't help. I'm sorry to leave such a review but I'm a very prolific reviewer online. 90% of my reviews are positive

Clean room & the staff was so kind! Parked was easy. If you’re looking for a clean/safe place to sleep while you spend the most of your days away, this is the spot.

The stuff was friendly I like that but the bedding was very old and very stained. It was not very clean at all the bathroom toilet moved around and exposed Brown ugly stuff that was leaky! I did like that the room was nice and large and the staff was nice. But again I did not like that it was very far from being clean and the bedding was old and stained although it was laundered it was old and stained in many locations. You can tell the bathroom had not been mopped and the tub was not very clean at all! The breakfast was nothing to write home about since the waffle maker was broken. And the potatoes were definitely overcooked.
