La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salem OR

Good

Clean room

What a wonderful surprise! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel and room were. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive selection of delicious options with something for everyone. Such a great way to start the morning! I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Location to the freeway was easy, plenty of restaurants close. I could hear the Neiber next door like they were in my bathroom

The staff was super friendly and it was very well kept up and very clean rooms . Price could be a little less per night . And would be even better with a hot tub.

When we entered the room, it was hot and musky. There was a weird smell. We had to open the window and turn the AC on all the way and spray air freshener.

It was in a good location, close to everything around town The room that we got was smelly. Had a very noticeable smell of dogs or other pets.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We came in late and left early, but it was a nice way to get some rest before hitting the road again.

Overall it’s a great place to stay The tub was super slippery and my mother had a fall.

room and breakfast very good. Good proximity to downtown Salem OR Nothing I can think of at this time

Pleasant

Disappointing

We checked into our room, the front desk wrote our room number on the card. We went to the room, and the card didn’t work to enter the room. When they fixed it and got it to work, twenty minutes after entering our room, a different set of people were trying to gain entrance to our room with their keycard. We opened the door and compared our key cards, both said the same room number. We had two small children with us which made the situation frightening. When we all returned to the front desk, they said their coworker was “dyslexic” and miswrote the room number.. plus floors were dirty, satellite tv kept going in and out, beds were firm, pillows were flat. Overall just not a good experience.

Room was clean, helpful staff, breakfast included, on-site parking; I like a walk-to restaurant (Denny’s across the street).

Easy check in with helpful staff. Clean room and grounds.

Quiet, clean and what we expected.

Superb

Exceptional

Clean, safe and quiet. Free morning breakfast. Limited vegan options. Well lit parking.
