Breakfast was good and the staff were nice!

Clean and good breakfast

The desk and kitchen staff were awesome. Must have been a big softball tournament as there were at least 100 or more little boys and girls staying there, so it was loud. Not the staffs problem but some parenting in manners and respect would be a great help. Not sure if the housekeeping was severly understaffed or what but, my room had not been cleaned by 4:30 pm any day, probably due the large crowd and my room at the end of the hall. House keepers were very gracious and helpful when I approached and asked for needed items. Again it was very full all week. I would stay here again if in Salem and pray for no children or at least parents that contained the screaming chaos.

The room was clean however, it had a wet smell to it. Turning the A/C helped. Noisy neighbors for sure!! Had to notify front desk twice between 11 am-12 pm. Staff responded promptly.

My mother stays here every time she's in town. I've stayed here with her twice. It's a beautiful property. Always very clean and maintained. Excellent breakfast and right across the street from Denny's for dinner. The price is very reasonable.

Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows in my room either felt too flat or too lumpy, making them uncomfortable. The air conditioner was also quite loud, so I had to wear earplugs at night just to keep the room cool while still being able to sleep peacefully. I also would have liked to use the laundry facilities, but it would be much more convenient if the laundry room had a vending machine stocked with basic laundry supplies and if the washers and dryers accepted electronic payments instead of requiring coins. I likely would have used the laundry room if those options had been available. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly service. With a few updates, this hotel would provide an even better guest experience.

The staff is friendly and professional and knowledgeable on what goes on around the neighborhood.

Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However there was a chair in our room that was so dirty and stained that there is no way I would sit in it! It was gross. The eggs were kind of runny each morning, but otherwise, it was good, esp for the price.

Stayed 2 nights with children. Free parking, free wifi, free breakfast and friendly staff. The pool was a plus. Very close to the Oregon State Capitol and Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church. For the price we paid compared to other hotels where you have to pay for parking and no breakfast — it was all worth it!

The parking lot is configured in a way that can require extra care when backing out of certain spaces. That was partly due to several large trucks and trucks with trailers parking across multiple spaces. We stayed 3 nights and requested a one hour late checkout on our last day. We were very adamantly, albeit politely, refused.

Great overnight stay. Delicious breakfast. Easy parking.

Our TV never did work as someone had unplugged the HDMI cable and we were unable to reach behind the TV mount to replug it. No problem with people unplugging to setup their laptop streaming but make sure you leave the room as you found it. The hallway noise in the morning made it impossible to sleep late. Doors slamming and people walking. Need more soundproofing.

You get what you paid for. Room was spacious but had old carpet. Bed was comfortable but some sheets were stained. Friendly staff
