La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salem OR

Hotel needs attention maybe new carpet, as you walk to your room is very noticeable with many stains and smell funky, yes is pet friendly but it could be better maintained

Last minute booking for an overnight stay. Staff was great, very friendly. Easy check in. You can tell they don’t spend much on upkeep. We could hear everything happening in the room next door as well as the hallway. The room next door had their phone set to vibrate and we could hear every incoming notification. They had their phone alarm set for 5 am, and it sounded like it was coming from our nightstand. I’m glad this trip was just a quick overnight, wouldn’t have worked for us longer than that. Didn’t go down for breakfast, parking was fine

My grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of free parking. The room was nice and quiet.

Very kind housekeepers and always greeted me. WiFi was bad. Only good on the first floor for me. Was told it was my own problem to solve. Also wasn’t told about the garbage disposal. The sink flooded mid dishwasher cycle. Kind housekeeper helped me out and was so kind! For anyone else, the switch for the garbage disposal is under the sink. Slightly hidden, but it’s there.

My 3 day stay was perfect. Everything was just right. Staff are so nice. Lobby was clean and so inviting. There’s fresh and clean water at all times. Coffee, tea and hot water also till mid afternoon. Breakfast was yummy and so much variety. Hot eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy, potato es, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal. Fruits, juices, yogurt. Quiet and so comfortable and plenty of parking that I would stay here again😍

The room was very clean, the staff was great. Breakfast was great. The room is small but it was very clean.

Parkinglot was being used for construction and we had to park far away staff was not friendly or accommodating and we felt unsafe because of our car being so far away we had very little towels tv remote did not work one light in our room didn’t work

Clean and convenient location.

It compared more to a Super 8 than most Laquinta properties. Sheets were clean, but had some stains. Towels clean. Carpet was thankfully patterned. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They are the best part of this property. It’s a place to sleep for 8 hours and get back on the road. My two teens had no problem waking up and getting out the door the next morning.

Property was very clean. Room was perfect. Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was good.

The room was quiet, very clean, but the bed was broken. Were only there one night and didn't figure out the bed was broken underneath and very noisy every time you moved. we were too tired to change rooms but it was so noisy I didn't sleep well all night. I was going to let the front desk know when we checked out but there was no one on duty at the front desk when we left. Otherwise its a great property.

Front desk staff where kind of rude and didn't want to be bothered. room smelled like smoke despite being non smoking

This is my second time staying at this particular hotel. I usually always look for La Quinta Inn whenever I am traveling. They are that good. Highly recommend.
