Comfort Suites Salem

I was. Woke up by a fie in the hotel. With alarms going off around 4am. It was scary becccause I could barely hear alarms from my room and there no alarms inside my room saying there was a fire and the staff never bother alerting me. I was oil side on my pajamas for approx 45 min freezing until I could go back to my room and even then it sm2lled like smoke the test of my syay.

The room was very comfortable. My family loved that there was an area to relax with a couch and desk. The bathroom was a good size. The only thing was that there weren’t enough towel racks and the shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast was great. My husband loved the daily biscuits and gravy. The dinning room was big enough to accommodate everyone.

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable. Everything was great!

In the center of Salem, clean, family friendly.

Location

Tuck away from noise Hard to find at first but it was a pleasant stay find but once there

All good except the 1 inch gap under the door that allowed too much noise from people walking by, especially poorly behaved children yelling at 945pm while we are trying to sleep! Also we were at the far end of building, away from highway, and we could still here I-5. Some doulble pain windows would help! Front desk was very accommodating.

My office is in Salem and this is our go to place when I have to be onsite for more than a day. This time was disappointing. The parking lot was being resurfaced and the signage was not great. Plus, a notice would have been nice. The front desk person wasn't very friendly this time at check in. Plus, maintenance on the pool during the day was confusing since it was hard to tell if we could access the gym. It wasn't the best stay this time.

Great place, have stayed 2 years in a row for an event in Keizer.

Convenient, clean and quiet. I had a great nights sleep. Complementary breakfast eggs were runny, gravy was thin and flavorless, sausage was pale and unappetizing.

Exceptional

Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub.

Pretty good overall, would stay again. Front desk tried to charge twice and it took hotels.com calling them to get them to admit they were wrong but overall pretty good

The staff was friendly and helpful when

They said check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 4:06 & was told our room wasn’t ready yet. We waited until a little after 6pm before we could go to our room. Poor service!!!

The sauna and pool were lovely

Superb

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our executive king room with the jacuzzi tub. We had just driven up from California and needed to relax for a few days as we explored the Salem area. Also had a nice breakfast with a real scrambled eggs and tasty sausages. It was in a very central location as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Well done. Great quick stay for Oregon State move in.
