Nice hotel, quick service

Seemed understaffed. Phone to front desk was always busy. When I asked for pool towels, I was told to look in the gym (which is only half towels). Could tell desk manager was stressed and it showed.

Staff is overworked to the point of exhaustion!!! Bed sheets were questionable at best and the entire experience was not as advertised. The name Marriot was sinamous with excellence and cleanliness, I guess the franchise is going downhill with the rest of the economy. This was not worth the price paid and I would not recommend it at the current price point.

Very clean, breakfast fresh and hot, staff attentive and efficient.

Softball showcase and a dog show in town at the same time..but the staff was still helpful! Would like more grab and go items for breakfast (fruit ran out fast, bottled water would be nice)

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent would have like it to start serving at 6 instead of 7.

The hotel was clean and bright. The staff was very helpful. It was a great location. The bathroom was the most thoughtfully drained space for a traveler. There was a small wall to give the toilet some privacy and the shower had a small shelf for your foot. Very handy with a hand rail as well.

I was a tad concerned about what I'd find here because it was $127.00 for a King room. We'd just paid over 200.00 for three others. At first glance, I thought it may be an older hotel, but it wasn't obvious in the lobby. It's very nice and large, with many tables available for eating or working (we arrived early and I worked there -- with free coffee for an hour before check-in). There's also a beautiful fireplace with a couch and comfy seating in one section. Water is always available (as are dog biscuits, so I assume there are dog-friendly rooms). The rooms were also very clean, with a large, modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. We weren't able to watch the World Cup finals on the TV because, according to AI, it was switched to a local channel instead of the finals. I doubt that's the hotel's problem, although AI suggested we ask the hotel staff to do some type of switchover, which we didn't do, but we wondered why we couldn't see the correct program. We didn't eat breakfast there as we headed out earlier, but the "kitchen" section looked nice.

I would say there’s nothing exceptional about this hotel. The staff was OK. The room was OK, not as clean as other hotels we stayed in. And the breakfast was OK. I’m not sure why others found it. Exceptional, we did not.

It was clean. Breakfast was great. It was our half-way point. we liked it well enough to book for our return.

However, the staff was quick to correct the problem by upgrading us to a double queen which was fine with us. Cheers to the front desk team at this property!
