Comfort Inn & Suites Salina North

The room was disgusting, we couldn’t even use the bathroom it was so dirty. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk half the time so there was no one to come and fix the problem and the breakfast was mediocre.

Place wasn’t to bad, needs more light on the outside as you could barely see it from the road. Front desk staff was on his personal cell phone the entire time during check in. Never saw any staff after that. Stay was fine and breakfast was simple but good.

Clean property.

Due to more my fault than theirs...I will try and do better.

Needs a bit of a face lift, especially the bathroom in the room where we stayed!

Nothing special, but clean & quiet given its close proximity to I-70. Very convenient, & there was a GREAT Mexican place close by! We’d stay there again.

Location Shower didn’t have much pressure and was barely warm

Disappointing for this regular Comfort Inn customer. Overwhelming cooking smells in the hallway. Poor bathroom maintenance - broken toilet paper holder, not enough light (missing bulbs?), mold permeated the tub caulk. Otherwise clean and updated.

Rooms are not very well cleaned, and they overall need updated.

Quiet, Comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Hard to find front desk person. They were never at the desk..checked in after 4..got room key then had to wait in hall until the room was cleaned. There was 1 other car in the parking lot..but we were given the room that wasn't clean.! Front desk seemed like it was the last place they wanted to be. Bed was comfortable. Room was noisy!

Had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, I rang the bell and rang the bell and no one came finally I just called the front desk and finally someone came up. This person never spoke to me they just asked for my ID handed me a card and told me my room number and walked away. Room was okay beds were a little harder than I like, found a few hairs in the bedding.

Very clean, great location, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Front desk lady was a little brusque, not welcoming.

Lots of mold in showers of three rooms shown to us. Large spider in the bathroom.

Could not honor our reservation. Tried to give us a room that was not clean at 10:00pm.

Made a reservation, got to hotel, was told they had no clean rooms and that our reservation was cancelled. A bus of 25 had come in before us and she was trying to get them clean rooms. They also had reservations!!! As we were leaving she gave our room to one of the people on the bus. We still have not received our refund! Very rude !

The in room coffee maker was missing a part. One bathroom light was burned out,the other kept blinking on and off. The refrigerator made a noise whenever it was running that would wake you up.

The property is fine if a little shabby in places (for example, the sink was slow to drain, the cooler in the fitness room didn’t work). The staff was nice but there are so few of them that service was very slow.

The room was standard but the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The curtains didn’t close all the way and we were on the ground floor. It was just an overnight stop for a long drive so it served its purpose. I do wish the staff had been polite. It makes all the difference.
