Did not eat the breakfast

It worked for us - size, convenience, layout! Beds were great! Best stay in a hotel in a long time! Great breakfast, too! Thank you -

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Some highway noise in the room and the refrigerator was noisy. Breakfast was good and over all stay was fine.

Good hotel and quiet

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok.

Our stay was a quick overnight passing through. The property was very clean and well air controlled. The front desk girl had some technical difficulties but she worked through it. Our room was very clean but the carpet was wet from the AC unit. My husband had very little hot water when showering at 8am on a Sunday when everyone else was also showering apparently.

It was just okay. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated and cleaned better. There was pink stuff around the edges of the shower. Tilex could have easily taken care of that. The sink drain also had dark stuff that needed to be cleaned out with a little more effort.

Our room was very nice and it was very large. As was the bathroom. We were surprised that the vanity space was so tiny given the size of the bathroom and the overall space. Lighting in the bathroom was also a little bit weak. But this is nitpicking as the overall stay was excellent. Tom Smith was at the service counter that evening and was especially gracious and helpful and helping us find some charging accessories for our computer. We would definitely stay there again

The hotel and room were very clean. Nice breakfast too. Very nice overall for the money.

Superb

We got there and the power was out from a storm they said you would give me a refund but I haven’t seen it yet and I guess no one answered you when you emailed them about the situation

Clean and comfortable place to stop while on a family road trip. Kids loved the pool and breakfast options. Also just across the street from a mexican restaurant.

Bad

Glad to see they had gluten free bagels. Would like to have gluten free toast/muffins. Would also prefer scrambled eggs with yolks and better quality sausages/bacon. The air conditioning in the room we had booked wasn’t working. We were finally moved to another room, the only other one they had. It, however did not have 2 queen beds like we had wanted. It had a king bed. It was okay, but a little disappointing!

I had a persistent problem with a fly

Power went out at 9 PM and was still not back on at 8 AM when we left. Room had no emergency lighting and by morning the hall and stair lighting had failed, leaving the stairs dark very dangerous. No breakfast due to no power. Couldn't raise the shades to let in morning light because they are powered by electricity. No luggage cart upon check in. A backup generator should be added.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was convenient. Bathroom, especially the tub, was not cleaned well at all. Had hair and other items in it (thread or string, a dead bug, dirt, etc.). Bed wasn't very comfortable. Definitely not the worst we've had though. Breakfast was amazing. Kids and adults both enjoyed it.

It was clean and comfortable! And the receptionist was extremely nice!

Great overnight stay and breakfast. Bed comfy and nice room. Highly recommend.
