Property was clean, staff nice, breakfast good. Would definitely stay here again

Our shower had a crack in it, it was covered but the tape was coming off. The crack was soft around it. If you accidentally stepped by it, you got a sinking feeling. It has to be something that isn’t safe.

We booked a room last minute because we were traveling and needed to rest. The pics looked great and so we booked online and went to the location. I immediately realized that it wasn't the same La Quinta featured in the pictures. This one was very run down and looked to be located in the middle of some kind of industrial area. The hotel was grungy and in disrepair. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain, which was disgusting, and the microwave was dirty, also gross. When we tried to microwave some water for tea, it made a loud high-pitched grinding sound, so we stopped using it for fear it would burst into flames or something. Everything was dingy & grimy. We were so exhausted that we just went to sleep in the lumpy bed, and left early the next morning. Everything was so off-putting that we didn't want to take any chances with the lame breakfast they served in the creepy dining area. The room wasn't cheap either. I would've been annoyed even if we had paid half of what we did. Go somewhere else. Clearly the owners of this location are not interested in maintaining this run down, sad excuse of a La Quinta.

For one night it was grrat

The staff was very, very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was a little outdated and needed upgrades.

Great hotel for the price. The outside is a little dated compared to other La Quinta. There was no shampoo or soap dispensers in the shower, just 2 bottles of conditioner. All in all, I'd stay there again.

It was good just shoddy paint work that took away from decor especially in elevator

Could not find the ice machine

The pool was gross. Black scum on the bottom. My room key didn’t work. Instead of fixing it he lectured me on how cellphones and older keys do mix well. The lady serving breakfast made minimal efforts to stock up items that had ran out. The hotel texts you hours before checkout requesting to let them know when you are leaving. I’m leaving at 11 like it says. No need to wake me up. Thanks!

The inside of this hotel looks like it hasn’t been painted in 30 years. Everything is old and banged up including the walls and furniture. The beds were lumpy and loud even just sitting on them. Our son and his girlfriend got a pet friendly room and the bed didn’t go all the way to the ground so their cat hid under there. There was a big hole in the bottom of the box spring and I’m surprised she didn’t climb up in there. Their room smelled like urine really bad as well. When we pulled into the parking lot there was a sign that said “park at your own risk” and we had a U-Haul full of our veteran son’s belongings. It wasn’t a good area and the pictures online must be super old because it doesn’t look like that now. We asked for a refund and went and stayed at a different hotel because this one was so bad!

There was no hot water and no one told us upon arrival about that. Check out woman was rude and very short. There was a wine bottle left in the room and a dirty plate in the nightstand drawer.

The room was muggy and dirty and smelled of mold. I was expecting a little better from a La Quinta.
