Clean, location and the pool. Rodent box in my bathroom indicates there may be a problem. I wes terrified that something was going to run out.

Enjoyed the good breakfast, long pool hours, Parking lot lights were out, not enough towels, kids from other rooms were knocking and running on my door

In addition, the staff was not very helpful in getting a refund initiated. Currently fighting for a refund from hotels.com. I don’t think I will book 3rd party again.

Lots of noticeable maintenance issues most prevalent was faucet disconnected from sink, no cold water in bathroom and one of the product dispensers in shower was off the wall.

Convenient location. Employee at check-in was very nice. Decent breakfast. Dirty room. No room service for towels or k cups for next day. Light bulb in bathroom not working. Body wash dispenser was empty, holder for shampoo was broken and container was on shelf. It is very difficult to get the product out of container if your hands have arthritis. Mind you, it's a handicap room with many difficulties. The mattress was so bad I couldn't sleep the first night. It actually had a huge dip in it causing my back to hurt. The second night was slightly better since I slept where my head should go.

The hotel reeked of weed and smoke. Including bedsheets, rooms, and the air within all non smoking spaces of the hotel

Roaches. Broken toilet. Ruined our extra day stay in our vacation cause we were worried about taking the roaches with us In our stuff. Never again!

Front desk help was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok when restocked. Shampoo & conditioner were out in shower - had to get it from front desk. Luckily I checked before getting in shower. Bathroom was dated. Breakfast was out of apple juice, milk, potatoes & yogurt. It took a long time to get refilled. We got enough but families behind us weren’t happy. It seemed like no one checked on quality.

Pool water was nasty yellow color, my 3 year old asked if it was muddy
