For the price I guess was alright.

Breakfast was pretty good, not fantastic, but good and filling. The rooms were a little small, but we knew that going in. We were only there for a night so it was fine. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep after a concert we attended locally. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was awesome.

Breakfast was stocked and decent Probably a great hotel, just our room had to have been a fluke.

Close to where I needed to be and was comfortable and clean while being affordable It was alittle plain overall but thats wasn’t super disappointing or anything.

Very dirty, not worth price, would not stay again

No towels in the room, looked clean from afar but bathroom shower had mold in the corners, the moldings had about an inch of dust, bathroom fan had thick dust on it. Food was left in fridge from previous occupants. No closet but had hanging space on the wall. Bed was comfortable

My room and bed were comfortable. In my first room there was a sticky cup ring on the bedside table and a stain on the wall. But worse, there was a stain on the bedsheet and it looked like the pillow cases had not been laundered. My second room was better but the floor by the door was sticky, as if too much cleaner or wax had been applied. In addition there was mold in the shower Finally, I frequently used the stairs instead of the elevator. I used both stairways. Every time I used the stairs, I found the fire doors to the hallways held open with doorstops. Not only does this violate the fire code, but in case of a fire the open doors would allow heat and smoke to enter the stair wells possibly spreading the fire and making evacuation of the upper floors impossible.

The property was inexpensive and clean. Breakfast was simple but good for anyone with variety of tastes. The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4 is the lack of toiletries in the room. Be sure to bring lotions, q-tips, etc.

It was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the spacious shower and overside shower head. The bed was comfortable and not too hard. I prefer vinyl floors over carpet, so the flooring in my room made me very happy. The free breakfast was surprisingly good. I was not expecting the variety of choices that were offered. I would definitely stay here again. There are no closets, but there are a few hangers on the wall and there was no iron. This is normal for a Microtel.

The waffles were yummy. We didn’t love the other food as much. Delicious waffles. Very nice.

It was very clean. Simple but comfortable. no complaints

The room was clean, well-equipped with towels and soaps, and smelled fresh, as did the building's interior and exterior, which were neatly landscaped with colorful carpets. The breakfast offerings were similar to those at other hotels, but I left without eating.

Air conditioning put out cool very damp air. Our clothes were so damp which was disappointing to say the least . Lighting was poor in room and bathroom. Difficult to put on make up.

Little things make a difference. Morning coffee is important to many people, it is what starts the day. If it is not feasible to have a selection of coffees it would help to have creamers, like French Vanilla, Irish Cream, Hazel, Nut, etc.

The location was perfect for a baseball tournament. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was tasty. Room was small and very little storage space (closet, hooks, etc.)
