Excelente lugar para alojarse, nos encanto a mi familia y a mi. Súper recomendable.

Was a good stay, would have liked stuff to be a little more stocked in my room instead of having to ask staff but they were helpful.
-
Location, pool, new No pet relief area and rooms on bottom floor face a cement wall

The breakfast had great variety. It seemed more "grown up" than other hotel breakfasts with options for creating your own hot breakfast sandwich. However, the kids still loved the waffle bar! The gym had a great selection of free weights and a working Peloton Bike (it needed a little help from staff, but they got it working for me). Our room was very quiet and I liked the option of a 1 bedroom suite for our family. Nothing

Coffee is eseential but the coffee maker was broken. When I asked to the front desk they just said it is broken but you can buy coffee in front, I was expecting a voucher or something else. Also, run back to the room to make the coffee there is not practical.

I used to stay here all the time because it felt clean and sanitized. This last visit the couch had chewed up life savers under the cushions and hair in the shower. Also, the hotel attendant seemed more interested in working on high school graduation lei’s than helping with check in. Disappointed but all good things must come to an end.

Great 2 night stay with our grandkids. I’m a dog lover and traveled with our dog a lot, but maybe dogs shouldn’t be allowed in the pool area. When they bark it’s really really loud and I think it bothered some people when he was right by the hot tub. Nice clean pool and the kids had fun. Hotel is in a very quiet area!

It like that it was close to my daughter’s house and some shopping areas. I felt like the cost was more than it needed to be.
-
room was clean and comfortable, great stop with the dogs as we were travelling through.
-
The spacious well designed room. I thought we’d have a view but parked cars looked right into our room.

Loved everything about this hotel. Was here for a week and the proximity to what we needed and the amenities were PERFECT. Coming to a city I’d never been to made booking a hotel a bit of a gamble - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in was a mess, had wrong credit cards and wrong names with rooms. Front desk fixing mistake without multiple requests.

I don’t write reviews often but we had a frustrating stay. We stay at Home2 Suites often when we travel. I specifically booked a king suite with a bathtub because we have two young children. I called a week ahead of time to make sure that they would have a crib available. The woman on the phone assured me they would have one, but she said she would put a note on my reservation to ensure there would be one for us. When we arrived my husband and kids went up to the room while I parked our car. He called and told me the room was not a suite. I went back to the front desk and showed them what my reservation said and they said they would move us a to a suite but they did not have any left with a bathtub. They said they would send the crib up to us in a little while. Once we got in our room I called to see when the crib would be delivered and they said they didn’t have any. We had been traveling all day with two little kids and that about broke me. Eventually they were able to get a crib to us. My children scream cried when I tried to put them in the shower. The whole thing was just so overwhelming and not the experience I have had at any other Home2 Suites. Needless to say we will not be staying here again next time we visit SLC.

Nice room! Found 2 fake nails on sofabed, one empty bottle under sofabed. Gross!
-
Best night stay after a long drive
-
Breakfast was fresh and timely.
-
I’m not kidding, this hotel was perfect and I don’t know if pricing will be better/worse for others but at $123/night I truly felt we got the absolute best value for our money. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
-
I've stayed here 2X's and I find the rooms clean, friendly staff and the breakfast is good.
-
The internet wasn’t the best on the first floor as it’s a partial basement and the breakfast was okay.

The staff was "A+". People make a difference! In particular was Sorina (spelling?) at the front desk. If you have ten like her, you don't need ten! She went above and beyond expectations.
