It was excellent. The step is very friendly and helpful, housekeeping is awesome and it’s nice and quiet at night.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Our room was not cleaned the entire time. We got back to the hotel late each night and there was parking. We had to park at the Walmart. Every morning, the coffee pot was empty! Staff was inattentive to these details.

The bed also was very comfortable! Quite room! The breakfast also was good! The staff was friendly with no problems!

Spacious rooms, clean property, and friendly staff. The included breakfast and pool were nice amenities as well. Will definitely book again next time we're in Salt Lake City.

Trash cans were full when we walked into our room and never were emptied. Pillows are terrible. Information regarding nearby places to eat were inadequate. They need to up their game.

Everything was great however our room was very noisy. Could hear traffic all night long. Other than that it was good!

I used to stay here all the time because it felt clean and sanitized. This last visit the couch had chewed up life savers under the cushions and hair in the shower. Also, the hotel attendant seemed more interested in working on high school graduation lei’s than helping with check in. Disappointed but all good things must come to an end.

Great 2 night stay with our grandkids. I’m a dog lover and traveled with our dog a lot, but maybe dogs shouldn’t be allowed in the pool area. When they bark it’s really really loud and I think it bothered some people when he was right by the hot tub. Nice clean pool and the kids had fun. Hotel is in a very quiet area!

It like that it was close to my daughter’s house and some shopping areas. I felt like the cost was more than it needed to be.

room was clean and comfortable, great stop with the dogs as we were travelling through.

The spacious well designed room. I thought we’d have a view but parked cars looked right into our room.
