Nice quiet stay

Everything was superb except good parking spots were hard to find.

Great staff! Very helpful with the bus schedule.

Now for the bathroom: There was not an exhaust fan, so the moisture from the shower accumulated on the mirror and in the air. The handles on the shower's sliding doors had been replaced and were placed at a height appropriate for a 4 foot tall adult. The inside of the shower was outdated and badly in need of updating. On the bright side, the breakfast was plentiful. Warm foods were warm, cold foods were cold -- that's a good thing. Variety was very good. Staff kept all items replenished and fresh. Free parking in at a hotel in Salt Lake City is a big bonus. There was substantial parking available and at no cost. Overall, the facility was adequate but not up to Hilton standards.

The hotel was in a great location and it was clean. The staff could have been a bit friendlier but all in all it was a great stay.

Nice clean location near the university. Over all staff was friendly, the room was great and the parking convenient.

This is our usual stopover point for visits with family in the area. We always appreciate the cleanliness, the daily breakfast, the rooftop patio, and the courteous staff. Thank you!

Tub won't drain, called for maintenance, told us they'd contact them, then later they told us maintenance doesn't work weekends. It was filling up as you showered. Staff could be a little more enthusiastic and welcoming. Just felt blah walking in. Was a place to lay our heads and serve the purpose, but nothing spectacular.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is quick, easy, and good.

The Hampton Inn used to be a guaranteed clean and comfortable stay but sadly that was not the case. The hair dryer didn’t work, the chair was broken - it was 2 nights that we “put up with” because it was paid for and we knew there was no alternative. Would say to book another hotel for SLC.

Best soda sleeper mattress I e ever slept on.

No running water. Disaster. I don't know why the front desk checked me in without letting me know. I cancelled and requested a refund.

They should have contacted us so we could make other accommodations. The water main was not their fault but their response was terrible. Hotels.com refunded us, but the property did nothing to help.

Overall, a good hotel. Bathtub didn't drain and water pooled in the bottom. When standing in the shower, the tub is very creaky and sounds unstable. Lastly, they say there are ceiling fans in these rooms but that is not true.
