University Guest House

We were surprised that this guest house was right next to the university and at first we said...Oh No! Are we going to be staying in a dorm?? But the staff (and they looked like students) were extremely sweet and they helped us find good places to eat nearby. Plus the place and the room were spotless and the guest house is located on a previous fort, so there are lots of beautiful older homes and small parks right there so it was a lovely area to explore and we felt very safe. It was located close to major sites and the included breakfast was also a great plus. I would really recommend it.

Great breakfast. Love the fresh berries and yogurt scrambled eggs. Our room got very hot at night.

Excellent location if you have a student on campus at the newer dorms such as Trailhead. Super helpful staff. Not many food options walking distance. Rooms are clean but a little dated. My room had a mildly musty odor throughout my stay.

The location is perfect and staff was lovely. We stayed for college move-in and we were able to walk back and forth from the hotel to our daughter's dorm room. Breakfast was an added bonus. Thank you! My only "gripe" was running out of coffee at breakfast both days we stayed there. To be fair, it was a busy weekend for move-in and such however that made the coffee feel even more critical. Regardless, I would happily stay again.

Love the suite building and room set up and close parking in back

Everyone was helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. The best breakfast we have had at hotel in a long time.

Only improvement I would love to see if an improved food/store area

Nice clean room on campus so very convenient if visiting a student. They have a nice breakfast option as well.

Great location during move-in and excellent service. The beds were comfortable and having free parking on campus was really helpful. I also liked having breakfast included in our stay. The Gym was a tad bit warm during my work-out.

Nice to stay on campus while moving my daughter in. Also wonderful to have parking!

Perfect location for University appointments. Great rooms and a really solid breakfast.
