Loved the convenience of it being on campus as we arrived for a concert at Rice Eccles. We were able to walk to and from. The room was clean. It did have a bad musty smell but overall it was nicely kept. We could hear people above us in the morning.

Very clean which is important to me! Lots of different foods for the complimentary breakfast. The room kind of had a funny smell which may have been the ac, but you got used to it. Pricey!

Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast had more options than we were expecting, which was nice. The hotel was located near where we wanted to visit. It was an easy walk. Staff were professional and helpful. Will definitely return.

Stayed there for an RBG show. 10 min. walk to the venue. Breakfast was very good! Coffee is Daily Rise Organic...Yum!

On the flip side, it is an extremely accommodating and necessary facility for families and patients who are long term or out of town and needing the room for any type of stay. I was grateful to be able to have a place to stay prior to my husbands surgery. Expedia and the management of the hotel were accommodating for a matter regarding cancellation of an extra night stay. It took several hours to find the right people to help, but overall it was handled well by the people who could make the changes for me. I would definitely go to this hotel again if my family ever needed to be at the hospital, however the guest house offers a discounted price for those needing service services at their hospital and Expedia did not have this as an option when I booked. That is not Expedia‘s fault so I am actually pleased with both the guest house and Expedia’s service.
