Great experience

Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes. Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps. Parking was very easy and felt secure. You're going to hear your neighbors unless you get something like a sound machine or leave the TV on when trying to sleep.

Otherwise and enjoyable place to stay

I hadn't been there before and the fun room decor was a blast. I'd like to choose my room in advance the next time I come. Try out different decors! Exterior didn't look promising but the interior was very fun! It's not that easy to get to the entrance. You should change the address to 5th South to make it easier to find.

The overall experience was excellent. The room and overall presentation was perfect in every way. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. Great for one on one time, very romantic. Long soaks in the jacuzzi tub with soft music in the back ground. A dance or two. Great layout. Breakfast served to our door at our chosen time

Very nice staff, very dated room.. much smaller than perceived.. no room refresh on a 2 day stay. It was adequate, but nothing special

100000% not worth the cost. Room was not as clean as I would have expected, and their was a musty smell. No real vibe to the room. Almost like they had a bunch of things lying around and "threw" it in their. TV sucked, and just was not what I was hoping for. No matter what...DEFINITELY not worth the cost. AT ALL.

This place is fun to go to once in a while as a quick vacay. The rooms are designed in fun themes and and nice ambiance. The downfall is this place needs a good go through. Lots of band aid fixes that should bw taken care of around the building. My room had 5 or 6 2x4s horizontally set up under the bed becuase the slats were broken or bowed all out of place and the joints between the headboards/running and foot boards were loose and wobble/ricketing (😅) Those are easy fixes for the comfort of the customer. Overall the stay was nice. The room was used for its intention, but for not being upkept and pre-maintenenced as is should, I feel the price for the room is a little high. Staff was hit and miss. Some looking professional in a uniform and welcoming others loking like they just woke up and wore dirty shirts with saggy pants and minimal social skills. Crazy to see that 11 yrs ago I refinished the tub/shower in The Juliet Suite at the time, it was so much more organized. Still after those things it is still a fun place to stay at from time to time. Best to wait for deals because the regular price is higher than the quality. That is from someone that has stayed at mutliple rooms in both SLC and Logan locations. Not sure how their Idaho place is, just Utah.

This was a great getaway. Quiet and having the rooms decorated differently was just fun! Staff was very kind and efficient. Breakfast choices were great and delicious. Loved they brought that breakfast to your door.

Parking was easy and secure. The room was ok i think they are way over price . It is pretty small room and the bath and shower are in the middle of room wide open no privacy. Wife did not bare for that at all.

Property was quiet and peaceful Location. Was out of the normal hustle and bustle of things.
-
A very unique place with several different themed rooms. No cleaning between days. Check-in is at 5pm and not one minute before!!! Unique and a nice change from the normal hotel.
-
The room was clean, parking was great, the staff was nice. The building is older, which is fine. Love old stuff. The carpet needs an upgrade. The room we stayed in was great, themed perfectly. A few modern amenities would help such as a place to put luggage, bags, etc. There were only 2 "themed" chairs, another place to sit and a table would be nice. Hotel was quiet. Never saw another person beside staff.
