The Grand America Hotel

The property is beautiful and elegant. My room was specious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were of the highest quality and I slept extremely well. The outdoor pool, formal gardens, common spaces and food were all incredible. The spa is also first rate. I would highly recommend this place.

We went there for our wedding came back for anniversary. Always had a great time. Their rooms are getting outdated lamps tops broken things in the room, not are older not to up-to-date, but it’s always nice and clean and classy, but it needs updates on the rooms.

This hotel becomes part of your memories as you travel; it elevates your stay and makes you feel like a million bucks. It is a pleasure to walk around the hotel surrounded by noble woods and polished marble floors. Very beautiful and inspiring. The only complaint we have is that there were a couple of "details" that had been overlook with the room's maintenance: a chair lining was hanging loose, there was a very ugly stain (not sure the origin, I hope it wasn't organic) on one of the beautiful sofas, and the wall paper in the bathroom was placed sloppily where the counter meets the wall. These are unacceptable in a 5 star hotel.

Awesome facilities such as the pools and gym. Lacked a bit of the polish I’d expect from a 5 star hotel when it came to some of the staff.

Our room was beautiful with a lovely view and room service was EXCELLENT! Just a beautiful atmosphere in the whole hotel. The people at the front desk weren't very friendly.

This is a classic hotel. The rooms are huge. They are well appointed and the common spaces are grand.

I love everything about this hotel. Music in the lobby, beautiful grounds and pool, delicious coffee shop and restaurants on the property. I love that each room has a big bathroom with a bathtub.

The staff definitely could’ve been a little more engaging and friendly. The staff member that was at the front desk did not smile ever
