Check in went great it was quick and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The parking garage was even clean. The hotel was magnificent and I loved looking at the beautiful features. The room was so clean and well maintained.

Lovely property in the middle of downtown. The grounds are private, quiet, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate dinner at Laurel, the food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast in our room and again, the food and service were fantastic.

Room was clean and well maintained. Was able to utilize the spa on more than one occasion during our stay. All the restaurants and bars were great and all staff throughout property was attentive and welcoming.

Very large clean room and bathroom. Top notch marble amenities. Fitness center was complete and had plenty of aerobic machines and weights. The gardens were awesome for a property this size. This property stood above and betond all other properties we have stayed in SLC.

Very friendly staff and convenient to everything around downtown area. Parking lot are too low for big car should be same price for over size parking

The first day we were here, the outdoor pool was out of operation. On a hot weekend in the summer, we were quite disappointed and chose this property specifically for the pool. The TV was also inoperable. We attempted to order movies multiple times but the service was unavailable. On a brighter note, the room was clean and the bed was super cozy!
