The restaurant is clean and nice but the food and wine selection could deserve a boost to match the property. Rooms are exemplary!

Beautiful property and amazing staff service at every turn. Rooms are elegant and well appointed. Definitely make it a point to sit pool side and grab lunch or a bevie; pool service is fantastic! Close to Little America for more dining options and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back for another staycation.

Spent our 45th wedding anniversary, room was clean and really nice. Would stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time will plan on eating at the Sunday buffet it sounds great.

I booked for honeymoon suite and a package couple massage and did not get a call back or an email back and they didn’t get what the past experience we had before. No couples massage and nothing in room for their honeymoon night! They offered pedicures in spa but they just got married and had pedicures the day before! Just very disappointed and spent money for stuff they didn’t get!

Delicious breakfast! Beautiful spacious, immaculately clean room with separate sleeping and living room areas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had the chance to swim in both the indoor and the outdoor pools!! Excellent experience! The Laurel staff, for our breakfast, provided excellent service! The pool staff are also helpful and welcoming, as well as the front desk staff! You feel relaxed here, so you can truly enjoy your vacation! I highly recommend The Grand America.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was excellent in every way: decor, room, staff, places to eat, lounges to listen to live piano and enjoy a brandy, morning coffee, gym... You name it. It was easy to check in, easy to check out and a wonderful feeling of being welcomed.
