Unfortunately the A/C was not working when I went for the 2026, 4th of July weekend. The front desk rep tried to fix it, I couldn’t wait for it to start working, I had driven all day, family was tired and we wanted to rest. The room temperature was hotter than outside, the rep understood and processed my refund, I was lucky to find another hotel.

The hotel room was really clean. Unfortunately the air condition didn't work very well and it was really hot. The staff didn't help with that very much. They give us a fan. It helped a little bit. Low price but not really a great place to stay

The AC not working in my room
-
Limited parking . Rooms nasty

The whole time there was horrible due to the air conditioner not working very well the first few days then it went out fully the last 2 days. We were forced to deal with the heat because we had no where else to go. We were not even offered a refund or a discount.

Air conditioning stopped working. Front desk said it would be back in about an hour. Two days later it still was not back on. Thermostat said 87 in the room. They made no attempt to assist me of provide any support or apology.

The room was dirty and it looked like something was growing in one of the corners of the bathroom near the bathtub. I've stayed and loved staying in Comfort Inn's but, this was beyond acceptable. The staff didn't seem to really care which made things worse.

The AC went down, which of course is not their faculty. But from there on how they managed it was awful. The front desk person lied all day that they have figured out and in 30 min it will be fixed. They kept on checking people in without telling them that AC was not working. After hours of AC not working and room temperature being 84, they argues giving refund. Then finally they agreed at midnight that they will give refund but the 'manager' will do in the morning. Many people found other hotel. Went there next day as did not get the email folio as was promised. The front desk said it was sent but I did not receive it. The AC BTW was still not working. After arguing I asked her to print the receipt and they has given a 50% discount - and she argued that you stayed half a day, which I said I had to pay a full day at the other hotel and that the person last night promised a full refund. She then said she will charge me 100 dollars for breakfast. I said I left the night before and did not have breakfast. Finally refunded one night. Horrible experience. Again, AC going down is not their faculty but they should be more honest and transparent.

Close to restaurants and downtown

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had to change rooms twice due to a broken shower and a room smelling like cigarette smoke. Our final room had a cracked window and a bug in the sink. There were also bugs in the orange bin at breakfast. Absolutely terrible experience.

Rooms were a little dated, the bathroom especially could gave used a remodel (peeling paint, water stains). But overall, a great stay. Close to downtown.

The air conditioning did not work at all, the desk clerks answer was to put a fan in an 80 degree room. We waited for 20 min and made reservations in Park City. As we were leaving g I told the clerk I wanted a refund as we were only there for about 1 hour. He said I offered you a fan. Never ever stay there!!!

I stay here a lot before and after flights. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the property seems poorly maintained. Breakfast was ok. Staff mostly seemed unhelpful, and even unpleasant.

A/C was loud and didn’t work, found a cockroach in the bathtub, rugs were stained and felt dirty under foot, bed was not comfortable, the entire building felt like walking into a sauna. Will not stay here again.

The beds were amazing, though I would love more room in the mirror area, but was great for the price!

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised "Free self parking on site". However, there were maybe 20 spots total in the parking lot, so by evening, the lot was completely full. We had to park in the nearby parking garage, which cost $30. During check-in, the front desk employee told us he wasn't sure whether our room had been cleaned but gave it to us anyway without confirming with housekeeping, despite saying he would. When we entered the room, the swing bar lock was nearly detached from the door. There was also a 2-inch gap between the top of the door and the frame, which appeared to be covered with a reused bath towel. The AC was extremely loud and didn't function properly. Regardless of the temperature setting, the room never cooled below 70°F. We reported these issues to the front desk and explained that we did not feel comfortable staying in the room. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. However, when I checked online shortly afterward, several booking websites showed rooms available for that night. Considering the cost of the hotel, the unexpected parking expense, and the safety concerns with the room, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Arrived at 3pm exhausted from the drive, room 100, the King Suite stunk like cigarettes, had stains on the floor, the sheets, and the bathtub. Requested to cancel but the front desk said they would clean it again. We waited 45 minutes only for the cleaner to say everything was “not a problem” and use only a piece of toilet paper to clean it again. We took matters into our own hands, bought Lysol wipes and cleaned it. When this only made it worse due to cleaning up feces that was under the sink and it stinking up the room (see one of the photos with Lysol wipes over the stain) we demanded a refund. We were denied because “we had waited too long, 2 hours max”. Pay the extra $200 and go to Little America Hotel across the street where we went for breakfast at their beautiful cafe. It is much better than this dump. Also the parking sucks and the Tesla beside us got its tires punctured during our stay.

Room was clean just a bit run down. Checkin was slow as there was no one at the desk for several minutes. The counter person also announced my room number loudly while handing me the keys, luckily only my husband was sitting in the lobby - with no indication we were together, I hope for the safety of other travelers this is not common practice. There was no one at the desk in the morning to checkout. We called and waited a while but finally I just left the key by their computer and messaged the property through the app. Breakfast was not much and the coffee was cold.

Bathroom was clogged and there were ants by the window.
