Good location , easy to get to , ample parking . Free breakfast Bathroom needs an update , no shower curtain on the bath so water went everywhere, damage to the actual bath itself , but other then that the beds we’re comfortable and amenities good

Mold throughout the ceiling of the shower, water damage in the corners along the walls, Free wifi was very spotty. Parking is very limited.

Did not get the Room I pre-paid for, instead got the handicap accessible room with 1 bed, instead of 2queens and the room looked like it was out of motel out of the 70s. The reason I was given was that they were full. The man at the counter was not helpful and when I had an issue with the room key, he asked me lots of questions like I didn’t know what I was doing. The hotel took a deposit because Hotels.com hadn’t paid them for the stay at the time I checked in, so I was out what I had already paid plus the deposit, which I have not gotten back after 2wks, don’t know if that is a hotel issue or Hotels.com issue. Not recommending this Hotel unless you are someone I don’t like.

Property is beaten down, particularly the rooms. Other than the lobby, preoperty need of a remodel. Carpets need cleaning. There were stains in the room's carpet, and the tub was not clean.

Nothing Location

Great location, ok breakfast, clean enough rooms, and "meh" staff. Some things need to be repaired. Don't be surprised you have a hard time falling asleep from loud noises or offputting smells that come and go. I love to give it a higher praise, but needs some TLC.

Hotel is older, but pretty clean. Our door did not latch all the way because it was kind of broken, so you could just push the door open into our room. :I Breakfast is pretty good. You have to cancel within 48 hours, which seems kind of dumb for a hotel like this. I wanted to cancel the last night we stayed because we didn't need the room and ended up leaving early, but they wouldn't let us. Like, at all. So I paid an extra $200 for nothing, ( I guess I did do a later checkout.) So lame.

Good choice for expensive downtown area. It is a little run down but clean.

The second we got to our room, we noticed the tub faucet wouldn't stop leaking, the tub was in disrepair, the paint is peeling and there was snot dried onto the shower wall. When I asked the front desk to come look he said "it was a spot." I told him its OBVIOUSLY snot and not a permanent spot as you can tell it can be scratched off. So he went in, scratched it off and rinsed his hands off in the bathtub. I was in shock as he came out and said "there. Gone." Missing the point completely that I dont feel like anything is clean now. He shrugged and left. He was the main one working all weekend so I couldn't even talk to someone else about it until Saturday night. She said she would talk to management and get back to me which never happened. The air conditioning barely worked, you couldn't open and window which was also dirty and cracked. It was during fanx so there was literally no one else close to the salt palace with any rooms and they didn't do anything to help with the room either. I will never be staying here again. I paid waaaay too much for the hell that was that room.

Everything was great about the property and services. The staff was exceptional. I will go back again.

Everything about this place is perfectly acceptable. The parking situation is just wild though. Try not to check in too late if you want parking.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating, I asked for a late check out and it wasn’t an issue. Easy check in, even easier check out. I accidentally booked & picked the room for people with disability. The bathroom was a little different. I decided to keep it due to the King bed. Great to know they take pets, extra $25 a night, max 2 pets. I’ll make sure to come back with my fur baby and explore SLC with her. I forgot about the complimentary breakfast, I didn’t get to experience that. The facility is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable.

Very good

Room was pleasant and breakfast was good. Staff double charged our stay. They told us the taxes changed from time of reservation to the date we checked into our room. They told us that they had to charge us again with the new tax rate and then we need to wait 4 to 5 days to get refunded the other charge. We weren't planning on getting double charged and it put a financial destress on us. If any rate changes from time of booking to time of stay, that should not cause a secondary charge and the difference in charges was less than $3.00. Making the customer wait for a refund of the initial charge is ridiculous and we are still waiting on the refund/release of funds from our bank of the initial charge.
