It's ok better than most but not very clean

washroom shower is clogged

Very clean room. Troubles with TV. Helpful friendly staff.

All of the shower products were empty.

It serves as a good pit stop.

Great place to stay for a quick solo trip.

The air conditioning worked great, the room was decorated and painted nicely. Mostly things were in good order. Only problem was a pair of underwear left hanging in the bathroom from a previous guest. Was a little confusing getting into the parking lot but we are from out of state. It was nice getting to choose our floor we stayed on.

The bathroom was very small, and there was no refrigerator.

I feel very spoiled to complain about this, but there was no microwave, mini fridge, or hair dryer in my room. I found this really inconvenient and my meal costs went way up. On the other hand, my tv wasn't working and their lovely helpful staff came over twice a day for two days before they could get it permanently fixed. Always cheerful, chatty, helpful, and kind, which I very much appreciated. My room was immaculately clean, bed comfy, and very quiet so I slept well. All in all, I would stay there again

The room was not clean, there was food on the floor and the shower floor was gross. I never stepped on the bare floor. The room phone did not work, there was not secure WiFi with a password. There were vagrants all around the property and I was worried about security. There was vomit on the parking area outside my room. Finally, they insisted on a “deposit” on my credit card even though I had paid for the room in full.

Ok stay for a night while passing through. Clean overall.

Newly updated rooms, better location and less expensive than nearly every other hotel downtown.

They were horrible kept 250 deposit and our property

Motel was old and run down. There was only one driveway in and out-the two other exit gates were locked up. Room was dirty. Trash can was full and there were stains and hairs on the bed sheets. We were given another room and there were stains, crumbs of some sort, and hairs in the bed sheets in that room as well. We checked right back out and went to another hotel in same area. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

television did not work. there were 2 remote controls with no instructions. had to go to front desks multiple times. air conditioner control panels were worn and hard to read and operate.

Hotel was going thru remodeling so lots of noise and trash they need to update the bathrooms and shower but besides that I will be staying here again

Have better management than you do

When we checked in, we gave the front desk agent a card to keep on file. She specifically told us she was not going to charge the card, but then she attempted to charge it anyway. When the transaction didn’t go through (I assume because of a fraud alert), I asked why she charged it after saying she wouldn’t. That’s when she explained there was a required deposit, which had never been mentioned beforehand. We were fine with paying a deposit, but clear communication would have avoided the confusion. She also never told me the total amount before processing the payment. I also think a $250 security deposit is excessive, especially for a property that was previously a Motel 6. The next morning, around 8:00 a.m., we asked if we could extend our stay by just one more night. Instead of simply extending the reservation, we were told we had to make a brand-new reservation and pay another $250 deposit. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered a policy like that. The property itself was pleasant, but the lack of communication and customer service at the front desk made the experience frustrating. With better transparency and staff training, this hotel would have earned a much higher rating.
