They tried to take an additional $150 even though the advertisement SPECIFICALLY STATED that there were NO DEPOSITS REQUIRED. This caused me to become homeless.

Don’t recommend

The rooms are very small and claustrophobic. There were debris on the floor, under the chair, toilet seat was stained, shower is dirty. We saw the maid threw linens down to the ground from the second floor towels hitting the concrete parking lot. The pictures online does not look the same in person. We did not stay here. I was charged for one night for canceling last minute. I don’t regret canceling.

This is a former Motel 6 property that has been relicensed under Choice Hotels. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower needs more water pressure and a longer shower curtain so water doesn’t spill out onto the floor. A decent little property with a little extra work.

The value for the money. I didn’t see anything for breakfast, but juice, cereal and coffee, I am kind of after protein, but everything else was really good.

Clean and quiet perfect for an overnight stay

No ice machine in this heat not good. After this location was remodeled from an old Motel 6, it reopened several weeks ago as the Park Inn. Our room was so what okay but the remodeling job was substandard. We woke up the next morning with ants in our room.

Scammers refused to give money back and lied about damage to room. As soon as police show up their stories change and they start coughing up money. Good people just wouldn’t do business with them

DONT STAY HERE. RUDE/ SHADY STAFF AND DIRTY ROOMS. So I booked day of because I was on a road trip and was not sure where I was stopping for the night. I seen mixed reviews already, but the more recent ones noted it had been freshly renovated and pretty clean. NOT THE CASE. When I arrived, front desk staff gave me issues about finding my reservation. eventually, she gave me a room and informed me there was only one set of stairs for the whole building. The key card to the first room didn't work, and guess what I found on my way back down... ANOTHER SET OF STAIRS NEARER MY ROOM. When I get back to the front desk for a new key card, she doesn't believe me and insists to follow me and show me it does work. It didn't, so she used her master key to open the room next door. When I booked, I booked with pets, but as I'm unloading my cat carrier she's watching me from the second story by the new room. When I make it BACK upstairs to the 2nd room, she starts questioning me about the carriers and says she needs to charge me MORE because of them... I already paid for a pet reservation. I was exhausted and tired of arguing with this lady about EVERYTHING and just wanted her out of my room. she leaves but when I check the room, it's filthy. dirty shower, toilet and sheets... A different front staff worker brings my new key and I eventually got another room, but that room was still dirty asf. The next morning I repeatedly had to tell house keeping to go away WELL BEFORE 11. not pleasant.

Room really clean, staff really nice!
-
Good price for a convenient stop
-
No dial tone, no complimenting tooth brush or water fountain. No breakfast offered. Only hot water and maybe some cereal that’s all. I won’t recommend this hotel for family, maybe for individuals that’s are seeking a place just to sleep.

Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, hated their job and couldn’t wait to leave
-
Great hotel and awesome owners
-
Clean and quiet Very pleasant
-
Reception staff were really helpful, room was clean and we'll maintenaned, you can tell it's been recent refurbished. My only negative was there was no hairdryer on the room or available which I only found out ONCE I'd washed my hair, a little frustrating. Overall great value for money and decent location.

Fresh remodel, still a few things to complete however the bed was comfortable, and the ac worked well. Quiet and safe area downtown. Great value for the price.
-
Nothing, it was filthy, the showeres was dirty, the rooms did not match the advertisements they have online. It looked like a hotel 6 Nothing it was gross
