Very pleased with the stay. The airport shuttle didn’t work out but the front desk Teresa got a Lyft for me to get the airport covered by the hotel. Thank you.

We stayed here when dropping our son off at University of Utah. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are close to the track line. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great shuttle to and from the airport.

Our reservation was cancelled due to unclear reasons, even though we have stayed in this hotel earlier. When we wanted to rebook the room we were told there is no possibility. We were already on our way to SLC so we had trouble to find another place for our family of 6 for 2 nights. We finally found a room in Staybridge Suites in West Valley SLC which waa truly great. Don't recommend Hilton Garden Inn as what happened to us was his not fair and not professional. You cannot be left without your reservation 1 day upon arrival!!!

Check in experience was great, friendly staff. Room very clean and exactly what I expected based on pictures. The only minor issue was the restaurant did not have a couple of the menu items we were interested in so that was a little disappointing. The waitress was very apologetic and very nice.
