Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

I really liked this place because it was an easy check in and check out very fast 10/10 I was in such a good spot to where I was headed and good spot

We stay at this property once a year it’s our go to for our mini vacation the kids enjoy the pool and we enjoy the sauna. Great staff and facilities

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable. Great location with easy walk to city attractions. Airport shuttle was a real bonus. Breakfast was better than usual buffet offerings from similar hotels

The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is better than a lot of places. And the helpers there were exceptional. Room was nice and room. Comfortable bed.

We were surprised that we were VIP guests. We received free water and snacks. Our room had a jetted tub.

This is a convenient place to stay. It is close to public transportation, walking is easy to and it is a comfortable and quiet hotel.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great. We stay here every time we're in Salt Lake City.

Better than average breakfast. Dry Sauna was a pleasant surprise. Room layout did not allow for TV viewing from the bed. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

This location was great and within walking distance to the convention center and multiple restaurants. There was plenty of parking which made it easy. The breakfast was really good. Everyday there were eggs, fruit, sausages, and some kind of potato. There were also the standard continental breakfast items. We used the sauna one night and they had a filtered water refill which was really nice. The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
