Everything was great! The free breakfast had a great variety of options. We would stay there again!

Room was clean and location is convenient.

We had a cockroach in our room. We stayed at the Element, much nicer.

I got robbed; it's awful.

Helpful staff

Comfortable accommodation and very friendly staff. I had a very small stain on my sheet, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Good location in easy walking distance of restaurants/microbreweries; very ample parking; good pool and leisure facilities; well stocked shop for essentials; decent breakfast and extremely good and welcoming staff and a spacious room Would recommend

The breakfast was the worst I've ever tasted and I've traveled for 50 years. The coffee the pancakes the eggs we're all a disgrace. My advice skip the breakfast and find somewhere else if you can. The mattresses were cheap and old we spent two nights there and both had body pains by the time we had woken up from a poor sleep. The hotel suite and Spa titles I misleading. This marketing tactic is not unique to this hotel unfortunately

The Crystal Inn is a very clean and affordable place to stay in Salt Lake City. It is centrally located. The breakfast buffet is great.

Staff was extremely helpful with helping receive a large FedEx item before I was able to check-in to the Inn. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, good coffee, amazing pancakes and french toast. Room was large. Parking was excellent with plenty of spots.

Location was perfect for the arts festival. Fire alarms going off at 6am and not being turned off for a while when they found out it was a toaster smoking in the breakfast area. I am handicapped and was put on the 4th floor and the front desk when I called down was very flippant with me, I had a real concern about how I would get down 4 flights of stairs if there was a real fire. We did not eat breakfast either day because it was crazy packed and I could not get in with my walker.

There were some homeless individuals outside on the sidewalk along the side of the hotel that borders the street. While this is outside of the hotel staff’s control, I did feel reassured that the actual hotel grounds had security, and I felt that my car was safe. One concern I did have was with the front entrance being locked after a certain hour. I was not aware of how to enter after hours. I initially looked for a place to swipe my hotel badge, but the entrance uses an intercom system. When I pressed the button for assistance, the gentleman at the front desk appeared upset and made a hand gesture that I felt was rude and unprofessional. I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have never experienced an issue like this, so it was disappointing. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of both hot and cold items. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet, and secure, and I would consider staying here again.

Loved this property. It was clean, the hotel rooms were quite large, and we were offered complimentary breakfast in the morning. Also loved the giant bathtub in my room!

Good location, competitive price. Staff were very helpful, plus they provide free shuttle to airport. Room was clean but had odd smell, that’s my only complaint.

The room furnishings were very high quality, the hotel was immaculate, and the breakfast was outstanding!
