Very convenient location, lovely staff Breakfast needs to have healthy choices. Fresh omelets , cheese. everything is pre cooked and packaged which is actually gross

Newness and clean Poor breakfast in fact the worst in 3 weeks in USA. Little choice. Didnt refund accidental straight away again only hotel not to do so.

The room was very clean

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and both evenings there were groups of homeless people near the front of the hotel. We found out later that there’s a shelter near by. As a solo woman traveler, this wasn’t ideal.

Extremely clean, great breakfast, short walk into the city centre and fantastic amenities.

This was our third stay at this hotel and it was great. We will definitely be back.

From the time of arrival the front desk staff all of them we're amazing, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast team was great every morning. They provided a great variety of hot food and or tasty options 😋 the house keeping staff did an excellent job in tiding up the room during our stay. This is now our go to Hotel in SLC

The only issue that we had was my husband was not able to initially check in. The reservation was under my name and because of flight delays I was not physically there to check in. For security purposes they did not allow him to check in. The whole process was a little difficult and time consuming, but eventually it was resolved. Something a little more easier or smoother would have been appreciated. In the end, it was fine and our stay was as great as always.

It was a very nice overnight stay!

Room was cozy, bathroom was very clean with all the necessary toiletries provided, AC was working perfectly and kept the room so very comfortable with the 100 degree heat outside.

Breakfast options were just ok. Staff was outstanding. The property feels dated, although clean.

Room was great, the amenities were great, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Crazy motorcycles revving and racing around the parking lot right outside my window for hours

The pool and the jacuzzi :) Lots of parking Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Coffee and tea available at all time. Breakfast was so so. Eggs without cheese would be better. More variety of fruits. Room and bathroom are underequipped in terms of hangers and coat pegs.
