The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable, quality toiletries provided, and our room was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it qas a good experience. The staff were very attentive. It was nice that security walked around the parking lot to ensure the vehicles remained safe. The breakfast was fine. The one to go, if your days starts before breakfast isn't actually worth it.

I liked the 24hr amenities being opened like the gym or the pool. It was really clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. Parking was excellent. And they had a Mexican restaurant opened late next door

Easy parking, very clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff

One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. In downtown Salt Lake City, hotel parking can easily cost up to $50 a night, so this was a huge bonus for us. Our only real complaint was the noise. Our room faced the main street, and the traffic—cars, motorcycles, and trucks—woke us up several times during the night. If you stay here, I’d definitely recommend requesting a room away from the street if possible. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. We’d just make sure to request a quieter room next time.

On the positive side, the room functions incredibly well as a workspace. The desk area is big, paired with a remarkably comfortable desk chair that makes it easy to stay productive. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV is impressively large and perfectly positioned. The bathroom's accessibility features are top-notch, offering excellent utility with a roll-in shower entryway, multiple sturdy grab bars, and a convenient fold-down shower seat. Outside the room, the indoor pool area is beautifully designed with elegant ambient tray lighting, and the 24/7 lobby beverage station is wonderfully organized with separate light roast, dark roast, and hot water dispensers. However, the room's practicality is severely compromised by what is missing. Most shocking is that there is no closet or wardrobe at all in the bedroom to hang clothes, a major inconvenience for any traveler. Furthermore, the bathroom completely lacks a close-up or magnifying makeup mirror, and the sink counter space is cramped. Downstairs, the breakfast area relies heavily on single-use paper plates and plastic utensils, which feels cheap. Great for accessibility and business tasks, but the missing basic amenities make it frustrating.

This was a typical Hampton Inn although perhaps not quite up to the standards of others we have stayed in.

Room was clean and updated with thoughtful features like many outlets and a night light for kids. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was solid. Pool and spa were nice.
