The hotel itself looks a little outdated , but the room was very clean. I think above all the staff was very friendly and accommodating which goes a long way. They have a dirty soda station which my kids loved .

The front desk seemed to downplay the situation instead of acknowledging how disappointing it was. Because the hotel was so busy, they told us they couldn't cancel our reservation, and now they're refusing to issue a refund. If a major advertised amenity is unavailable due to the hotel's lack of maintenance, guests should be notified ahead of time and given the option to cancel without penalty. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and left us feeling like our concerns weren't taken seriously. I wouldn't have booked this hotel had I known the pool would be closed.

My family loved this hotel. We booked a two bedroom suite and it worked out beautifully. The kitchen area was perfect for us with the tables for sitting and eating, the bedrooms each had their own bathroom and all were very spacious. The staff was great and very kind. Breakfast each morning was really well done with a variety of foods and gluten free muffins available. We stayed in June and there was a dirty soda bar in the lobby area each day and my kids absolutely loved it! The location is also fantastic, the farmer's market is in the park right outside the doors of the hotel. Great stay, would love to stay here again.

The 2 bedroom was amazing- much like a 2- bedroom apartment. The grilling area is a nice bonus for cooking meals. The dirty soda bar was so fun! The pool needs some TLC on the edge and the water was very cloudy. As a non-smoker I was disappointed with staff and guests not respecting the non-smoking policy on the property except in designated areas. No one used the designated area and instead used the rose and fountain area and the grilling area.

The set up of the room with a full kitchen & living room area separate from the bedroom. Brilliant! The breakfast sandwiches. Please use real eggs and just scramble them!

There was really only one compliant I have, we bought a basketball to use at the onsite basketball court.We were out for the day and when we came back our room was nicely cleaned, but we couldnt find the basketball. I assumed that maybe the cleaning staff thought it belonged to the hotel and turned it into the front office. When i called the front we were informed that the ball has not been turned in and the cleaning staff has gone home for the day, when I went to the front to talk to a supervisor or manager I was told there isn't one onsite but maybe they can help, i brought up how i just cañled about the basketball missong from our roomreakfast was good, our room was nice we got the 2 bed room suite, I liked how it had 2 bathrooms as well.Room was equipped with everything need for the kitchen as well as cleaning stuff for the dishes.
