We chose this hotel because it has a complementary breakfast, it's within walking distance from the downtown area, and the rooms seemed spacious. However, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, as they charge your credit card in the middle of the night weird sums of money that apparently don't have anything to do with the security deposit that is standard at many hotels. My colleague and I said at check-in that we do not use parking, yet they tried to charge me 18 dollars per day for parking by the time we checked out. Also, they never specified about the weird credit card transactions they clearly charged on our cards, and now it is taking ages to sort out. I would never trust going to this hotel ever again, and I really would urge others to choose any other hotel out there, who have more integrity than pulling these miscellaneous fees on our business credit cards! I honestly did not like my stay. I have a newborn baby and was traveling in Utah for a birthday. Check in is at 3PM. We get they’re at 5:30 and our room isn’t ready, and she said she doesn’t have a timeline…. So I give it 1 hour. Still not ready. And all I hear is “ sorry your room isn’t ready yet and we don’t have an estimated time yet”. So it is now 7:30 and I had my wife go in they’re and the lady says oh it’s ready ( when they were suppose to call me) and I requested to be away from people cause my newborn screams a lot at night and they put me right by main lobby. My suite balcony was a utility balcony and it wasn’t even a balcony it was so small. I paid 400$ total for this and I didn’t even get into my room until 7:30 and had to clock out 14 hours later. I was not pleased I used to love this place but when I have a newborn that needs a bottle and we been driving for 6 hours and our hotel room wasn’t ready for another 2-3 it’s really unprofessional.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Plenty of options for breakfast. Centrally located and convenient.

Staff pleasant service with smiles and very proactive and helpful.

On the plus side the location is good and the breakfast is decent. On the negative side, the customer service is shoddy. I had a room next to a hearing impairment room and had 2 nights of excessive TV noise and vibration that even earplugs couldn't block until 1.30am both nights. Despite complaining directly the noise was an issue still. The hotel couldn't or wouldn't change my room and I checked out a day early. Front desk said they would refund the excess parking charge and if I raised the issue with the hotel should get a night back in costs. The hotel didn't respond to any messages and I only got a refund for one day of parking (despite bizarrely paying for 3 days on a 2 day stay) after Expedia escalated with the hotel. They declined to offer anything back for checking out early. I found the customer service contradictory and poor and wouldn't stay again.

This is in the heart of downtown and convenient to the interstate. Well maintained and friendly. They do charge a heavy fee for parking. We enjoyed our stay

Room was very spacious, bed comfortable. We had a room on 4th floor, outside our window there were fans situated on top of the lobby roof. They were noisy. You could hear them through the closed window. Also toilet flush was very noisy and while in the toilet you could hear neighbouring rooms toilet flush that's how loud they were. Lastly the A/C was also loud, we had to switch it off in order to be able to fall asleep. It was hard to get away from all the surrounding noises.

Close walk to convention center. Places to eat nice neighborhood. Excellent place to stay

Got the wrong suite I have 3 children and the Queen beds are to small. I think if you arrive with children of 3+ the Hotel should automatically should help more with bigger rooms or beds The pull out couch isn’t comfortable either it needs to be upgraded the mattress. Other than that was fine. My son got bit by a spider 4 times on his leg. I’ve noticed the spider webs it needs to be cleaned up more outside of the balcony , and the screen was off I feel like I paid way to much for poor quality and services I love the property, but I wanted the suite that had laundry unit inside the suite easy to do laundry, especially if you have a little ones .

Inside the room, the hot water worked occasionally. On one occasion I had to take a lukewarm shower. The breakfast was good, the staff were very pleasant, and we enjoyed the dirty soda bar.

Nice clean place downtown. The suites are huge with a full kitchen.
