Hotel and staff were great Unfortuantely the amazing high floor bar area was not open the night we stayed, disappionting as it looked great.

Simple hotel. Homeless people camped out across the street on the side walk but they did not block this hotel.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and great amenities. The restaurant on the property was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Newer Zero customer service. Bellman made us take our own luggage to our room. Half the time no front desk person. Really bad considering the cost of this property. Location was downtown but sadly very loud from street noise. I won’t stay here ever again.

It’s clean and nice view Got downgraded and was still the same price so I feel like I got robbed in a way, got the king with the big bathroom shower but then got downgraded to a two queen bed room and small bedroom
