Our room was spacious and conveniently located. The hotel offers a nice pool, standard breakfast, and parking option (additional cost). The hot tub could use some maintenance and seemed too dirty to use, but the pool was nice. The staff was all good, especially the housekeeping. We arrived early, hoping for the hotel to accommodate with an early check in. The front desk said possibly 1pm. We were not able to check in until 2:40pm, which is 20 mins “early” but was disappointing to sit around the lobby for almost 2 hours. Everything else was good, the hotel seemed safe and in a convenient location- walkable to a lot of attractions.

First time in Salt Lake City, enjoyed stay at this place. Located in downtown, 1o minus working to the Convention Center. The room is spacious and clean, staff in the front desk are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Nice stay.

$25 parking fee, okay place, rooms are okay, breakfast is okay, only good things is, it is close to good location.

Clean room walking distance to park That we had to pay $25 to park our car and $100 for pet fee. We thought there was a refundable deposit for the pet if no damage to room but not so. So if you have a pet be award of this high cost (we usually pay $50 tops). Also parking fee.

The rooms were clean and organized. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choices to choose from. Staffs were very nice especially to the night receptionist who checked us in. I forgot to ask his name. He made sure we are comfortable in our stay.

Everything was great except the hot tub. It had stains all over concrete in the pool. It was not appealing. I did not get in

Hot tub........dirty!!! Fitness room... good, but could use more free weights. Breakfast was good, alot of selection.

The property was great!

Convenient location, close to mall, and there were several places to eat within walking distance, comfortable rooms/bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had several options. Area felt safe to walk around. Close to the airport.

The room was really nice and clean. The staff was great. We would have liked to have played pool but the balls/sticks were not available.

Room was clean; breakfast was average; We had to request that our room be serviced, and it wasn't (so we just requested clean towels). Good location for walking to tourist areas in downtown SLC; parking garage was a nice plus.
