Only suggestion would be to get a rope style cable for the cable weight machine in the workout room, this will allow for more functionality of the machine. Otherwise everything was great! Would return. Also the parking is a little costly

The hotel is clean. Good location.

Love the suite and they allow dogs. Breakfast was amazing with the fresh dragon fruit.

Welcoming staff quickly checked us in. There was cold water and coffee available at all times. Great and varied breakfasts. The room is incredibly spacious and new. It has nice lighting, high end amenities, great gym and clean pool.

Very nice hotel experience. Staff were kind and very straightforward. Everything was clean and very tidy when we entered, absolutely beautiful atmosphere.

Beware. Parking is $25 per night. You can park out front after 6 pm for free until 8 AM

Good base for seeing the town. Easy walk to good food. Parking costs $25/night but very convenient

We enjoyed our stay without any complaints.

Hotel location is very convent and has great amenities. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. We had to wait a bit to check in because their 3rd party booking system was not working, but the front desk guy was accommodating, apologetic and comped our parking for the inconvenience. We were very pleased with how the situation was handled and will stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay! Very clean, staff was wonderful with checking in and out. Appreciate the public parking but a bummer it cost $25.00 still worth it having a close and safe place to park. Highly recommend - this Will probably be our go to for future satys Downtown SLC.

Great place to stay with a very comfy bed!

Great location. Breakfast wasn’t great but coffee was hot.

The bed was worn and needs replacement. The bathroom is in need of touchup paint and toilet holder needs replacement. There were water stains on the carpet. I saw a live cockroach crawling on the lobby floor sitting area. Other than that. I did like the blackout rolling curtains, convenient parking structure and location. Walking distance to the gateway mall. The kitchen amenities were definitely useful and convenient. Staff were friendly.

Booked room by mistake on wrong day. Booked again for cotrect day we were there. Hotel said they would make sure I wasn't charged for the wrong day. When wrong day came, they charged me anyway. Hotel would not confirm the refund promised and will not refund my money as of yet. Very bad PR and won't use this brand again.
