Very nice hotel! Very clean, helpful and the rooftop pool is a major plus

Beautiful hotel. Great size and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet despite being downtown. First morning breakfast was gone before 9:30 and not restocked- left a lot to be desired. Second morning- better selection and quantity around the same time as day before. Loved the roof top pool! Walkable to lots of restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely rooftop pool and full continental breakfast. Happy hour in the lobby was generous as well. Would come back

What a nice hotel! I was very surprised to discover what a beautiful hotel this was and it's the only hotel with a rooftop restaurant/bar in Salt Lake City. I had no idea when I booked the hotel that was the case, and I love any rooftop situation. It's a great way to get a view of the city. Anyway, my room was beautiful and modern, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was wonderful and overall this was a great value for the money. I will absolutely stay there again. I didn't have a chance to eat there but I suspect the food is just as wonderful as the hotel.

The upstairs bar is my favorite place in Salt Lake

He was forced to sit in the lobby until I could be contacted. I asked reception for some clarification .She said she did not remember him when we checked in. I told her he was standing right next to me when we checked in . She only remembered me . When we checked in she took both our passports and looked at them and gave them back . I asked if she was going to scan and she said it was not necessary. If the hotel has a policy and it is not communicated to its guests then this needs to communicated. Manager was not available on the day and did not make any effort to contact us . Poor customer service.

This property is AMAZING

Bkfst food was also great however the staff was weak. No clean spoons even though we asked it took 20 minutes to get a spoon to eat my yogurt. When we went to order our Bkfst omelet the girl in the kitchen rudely said “ come back in 5 minutes!” No smile. It’s clear they all hate their jobs. They clearly need customer service training.

Fantastic first one night stay at a Marriott boutique hotel. Very walkable location in downtown SLC with dining options nearby. Nice upscale breakfast buffet that was included. Gorgeous hotel inside and out. Spacious room and very large bathroom. Room equipped for a longer stay with kitchenette. Would stay again.

To leave

This hotel is comically loud. From the loud elevator ding to the door latching to the toilet that sounds like an airplane flush. And of course, the street noise. Even on the top floor you will still hear the noise.

All good
-
Not good they had several impactful problems with the room and it didn’t get fixed until 10 hrs before I checked and some issues never did

This hotel met all of my needs for a couple of days sight-seeing in SLC. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, quiet and bed was comfy. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of all sights of interest. Breakfast was basic but good. Nothing really - i had a very enjoyable stay.
