I didn't stay because I was told when I got to the motel to check in they told me that there was a $75 deposit when I called them prior to arriving at the motel they told me there wasn't going to be a deposit but when I got there I found out that there was so I wasn't able to get checked in it wasn't able to cancel I wasn't able to change anything on there so I was very dissatisfied

From check in to check out it was great. This was my first time but not my last time. The beds were soooooooooooo comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Victoria was awesome upon my arrival although I was late. The welcoming energy was so appreciated after having a flight delay. The Executive Lounge staff were awesome. Parking was great, the garage had plenty of lighting and the spaces were big enough for all vehicles. I will stay again in the future.

They charged me twice for a one night stay. The charge will be refunded, but it could take 5 to 10 business days which is unacceptable. Also, $30 for overnight parking that’s absurd would not stay here again.

The maids had our room looking fresh and clean. This after we spent 10 hours in the hospital. It was sooo appreciated!!!!!!

Stayed here for a convention for its super convenient location. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s mere steps from public transport to the airport, to an entrance to the convention center and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and some interest spots.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had not related to cleanliness. Check in took forty minutes(only one person at the check in desk and many guest). They put us on the 15 floor in the noisiest hotel room it has ever been my misfortune to stay in. They charge 30 extra to park at this marginal hotel (waved for us be cause info not included when booked). To bring your luggage in there are no luggage carts, and two different elevators. We were traveling with a pet so putting people with dogs on the furthest floor from ground level is ridiculous. It was also grossly overpriced. My husband and I finally got to sleep at 3:00AM. The climate control was very dated and part of the problem. Truly an awful experience.
