Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown

They could have changed the sheets more often.

We had a scary incident where security accidentally opened our room door due to a mix-up, but the manager handled it very well and I would still highly recommend this hotel. They took our concerns seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. Rooms were clean. Staff at the restaurant and bar were not very pleasant and not prepared for an event that brought in many more customers than usual. Also wish there was free breakfast option.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful. There is not continental breakfast, but the restaurant is definitely a place you need to eat at! The food is delicious!!! I've tried several different dishes and have never found any that I didn't like.

There were a few things wrong. One our shower head height lever was broken so unless you were four feet tall you hand to hold the shower head. Second was ice machines were inoperable on a couple floors lime my floor and went to the restaurant for ice.

So close to the Salt Palace. Everything was great from the room cleanliness to the comfort of the beds. No drawers to put things in.

Great location, within walking distance of entertainment and restaurants. The room was clean and well maintained.

The location was great. The hotel is nice. I would stay again because of location. The staff acted like we were bothering them. We got in late and had to pay for parking upon checking in. The card reader had an update so my card wouldn't go through. She made a huffing sound like it was my fault took my card and ran it again. It finally went through after she pushed buttons but announced it to everyone that it wasn't working. Also when we got to room bathroom wasn't completely clean but it was well stocked. We also ate in the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The service was not good. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience.

No business center. No convenience story. Parking was a problem because you pay $30 as a guest but the garage was full and they weren’t letting any cars in. What did I pay for? The front desk did not sell toiletries. This is a business hotel?

Easy to get to and has a lot of places that are within walking distance. Rooms were clean and house keeping was done daily.

Staff don't greet you or look you in the eye. It's more like you are disturbing them and how dare you.

The free parking was unexpected and appreciated.

The staff was really helpful on restaurants downtown and things to do and how to commute with the train and use of scooter for budget friendly solutions. We came to compete in HYROX Salt Lake City in body event, great experience all the way around.
