Great location, within walking distance of the local sights. We were on the twelve floor so had a perfect view of the mountains. All of the tours that we took started from our hotel which was really convenient. Only criticism is they tried to charge us $25 for early check-in even though a room was available. Given the price of the room that was bad PR! Breakfast was good. Nice staff.

This is just an okay hotel. Could have probably found something better for the price. Clean enough but the hallways kinda smelled like dog pee, the bathtub/shower was a little grimy and the water pressure was pretty bad. Restaurant in the hotel wasn’t very good and the breakfast buffet is overpriced for the quality. $25 for stuff lots of hotels offer for free is kinda silly. The free coffee in the lobby was basically water.

They had coffee and bagels at 6:30 for the early risers. The location was unbeatable for venues and downtown salt lake City. And it was quiet.

Outstanding location, easy walk to many downtown locations. The views are excellent, and the parking is very convenient.

Hotel location very central. Very attractive hotel and good staff to match. Paricularly the lovely Brazilian lady on the Bell desk who went oit of her way to help me with a city tour as well as recommending a restaurant to eat and booking me a cab to take me back to the airport at the end of my stay. Lovely room. It's not cheap to stay here but, having completed my visit, I understand why that is

Room#1101 - Updates needed in the bathroom and showers. Stained tub and dirt buildup in grout corners. Barn door for bathroom is not very private. Room was small but otherwise clean and nice, modern decor. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel may be the wordt I’ve ever used. Didn’t do its job at all. Refrigerator didn’t work and reported but never fixed or replaced. Carpeted hallway had debris at each room’s door. It’s like they swept out the room into the hallway and didn’t vacuum the hallway. One elevator broke while there but they were able to get that fixed within 24 hours. That’s quick. I would expect a bit more for the price but I think you pay for the location.

This is a very basic hotel. No amenities at all. I filtered for a hotel with a hot tub and I don't know why this one stayed in the results. There was nothing. No breakfast, pool, or hot tub. It was at least close to things to do. We even tried to just get in our tub to have a hot soak to end the night and it was smaller than what you usually see in a hotel.

Great hotel choice for us with easy entrance to the convention center. Grateful to ride the e bike right outside to explore Temple Square. So much fun. Bed, bedding towels we all very nice and great access to plugs which by the way all worked!

Only stayed one night which felt expensive for what it was but it was nice.

Room air conditioning was inconsistent (either freezing air at full blast or heating the room), and the room walls are a bit thin so noise from the hallway and nearby rooms carry.
