The location was perfect for our 1 week trip. The TRX is perfect for tourists to get around.. just be careful after 930pm.. unfortunately alot of homeless around the stations. Overall though, the hotel was perfectly located and we had a great mountain view.

The hotel was nice. The location was great. The staff were helpful. What was disappointing was the lack of amenities. There was no free parking, no free WiFi, and no breakfast. I’ve regularly stayed at cheaper hotels that offer all three and was very disappointed that a nicer hotel offered so much less.

Location to Eccles Theater, city creek and Temple square was excellent.

Walking in the, lobby is beautiful. And conveniently in the hotel is a Starbucks. During my stay one of the elevators were out of commission. And the elevators are confusing and not clearly labeled. The ones closest to the lobby are for the rooms and the ones furthest are for the parking garage. Not only were the elevators unclear, but the buttons to press for the elevator were unclear as well. Then walking into our room, I’d say that the rooms are outdated. But the beds/pillows were comfortable. And the view I had was stunning. The staff there was super friendly and helpful. I would return to this property.

Didn’t see it. The person on the phone when I called to ask if they were right next to Gallivan Centsr said yes and I have been in a pickle trying to deal with Marriott and Booking and out of 2 days $.

Loved it, very nice, roomy and comfortable. Clean and everyone was nice.

From the moment I entered the property the staff was absolutely pleasant. They were helpful in answering questions. My room was always fresh and I never had a bad thing to say. We will recommend to our friends and family. This will be my place of choice when in Salt Lake City.

Great location for any adventure in Salt Lake City

Bath tub drainage was clog, was just holding up water, took about an hour before it all drained. Per the online website, the property had a swimming pool, upon check in, we were told there was no swimming pool on the property. The front desk clerk knew of this, why is it still on the website. The website should be updated. Lastly some elevators did not properly work, the wait time was too long. One elevator there were at least 7 to 9 people at a time

For a business person The room work station desk did not provide an electrical outlet to plug in devices Lap tops etc . You would have to go 4 ft under tv for this. A major inconvenience
-
I enjoyed my stay overall - the room service food could be improved and maybe more apps/streaming options on the tv.. but the staff was super nice and the room was spacious! also being right in downtown and walkable to a lot restaurants/shops/activities was a huge plus!
