Very nice, clean room. Staff was kind; especially Starbucks staff. We did have a bit of a problem when we left the parking garage; so did the car ahead of us.

The toilets need to be upgraded. They are way too low, particularly for senior citizens. They should be replaced by toilets with higher levels which are ADA complaint. Second, I was sealed at night by noise (probably by teenagers or young people) in the corridor. The hotel should have a strict policy of ensuring no loud noise in the corridor after 9:00 pm. The rooms are not well insulated from such noise. However, on very other score, I would rate the hotel highly. The room was super spacious, very clean and with all the amenities, including a coffee-maker, nice big screen TV, and plenty of toiletries upon request. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall rating of hotel 4 out of 5.

The room was not the cleanest, no microwave in room only on second floor by vending machines, refrigerator did not have shelves in it so no room for food, only a partial glass cover for shower so water all over the floor, handicap access did not work on parking level 1 to get into the building, room keys did not work getting out of the garage, beds were very uncomfortable, costed 29.00 a day to park in garage but barely any room on street either, had to take parking garage elevator to lobby then another elevator to floor, no continental breakfast they charged 13.00 for breakfast. Willl not be staying here again. For the cost, I have stayed at better motel 6's then this overpriced motel.

Valet parking was so easy and convenient. The room was gorgeous and white glove clean. We did need maintenance for the tub. However, they came within 20 minutes and quickly and professionally fixed the issue.
