Upon arrival, the staff was not super welcoming nor friendly. Got a lot of wrong information in terms of what was on what floor, etc. There were only two elevators and one was out of service, and there happened to be a large group of teenagers, so we would wait on average close to 10 minutes for an elevator and started using the outside stairs to access our hotel room on the sixth floor. The location good was good, the room itself was good, the parking situation was OK but expensive – $28 for just one night! A lot of items around the hotel and in the hotel room itself were afraid and Warren. I would probably not stay here again.

Nice clean hotel, very centrally located

It was not apparent that parking was to be paid for prior to making the reservation

Clean room, nice shower, comfortable bed, and a great desk for computer work. Breakfast was amazing. Hot, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, omelets, yogurts, sausage links, cinnamon rolls, and the list goes on. The only thing I don't like is the $28 parking charge, which you don't notice unless you look closely.

loved everything. the staff, the rooms, beds, and amenities. the bathroom door didnt close all the way and the rooms need more sound proofing. but was still really amazing.
-
I did not realize it without airport transportation , I need use uber to transport within airport and hotel, it adds up the cost

Usual downtown noise can be heard in rooms, located near night club venue that was so loud it can be heard on the 9th floor. Only experienced that on one of the night's stay. No fault of the hotel, it is unfortunate and one would probably hear it at the other surrounding hotels as well.

Everything was excelled I would suggest to have more options for pure vegetarian other than bread butter

Price, location, kindness of staff N/A

The lady who checked us in was exceptional! We had arrived early and she let us check in early. After driving cross country it was nice to be able to get to our room and relax. .

Coffee machines were great Parking was expensive and unexpected cost
-
The staff was amazing. I got in a few hours before check-in time and they were able to get me into a room immediately, before noon! Also love that the checkout is at noon rather than 10. Room was clean and stocked. Everyone was super nice and the hotel is close to many things in downtown.

The breakfast was really good. They had a lot of good options from pancakes, eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, yogurt, pastries. A variety of different juices to choose from and the coffee was good too! The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was an added plus too. Hotel located in good area in downtown and walking distance to so many restaurants, the mall, and museums and things to do. The only down side was paying for the parking. I wish hotels didn't charge for parking. We are already paying for the room and having to have that additional cost of daily rate of $28 just doesn't sit right with me.

The room was very large and the handicap facilities were very well designed. It was a nice place to stay for one night.

Great location in downtown SLC
-
Clean Friendly staff The parking was a little hard to find
-
It was downtown Online says free parking but got charged for parking?
-
I really appreciated that parking was in a garage. No dislikes

Location The set up of the rooms. The gym was right across the hall from my room. There was a soccer tournament going on that weekend and all the soccer players were going in and out of the gym until like 2 o’clock in the morning. And the the door kept slamming shut every time somebody came out of it. Worst night in a hotel I’ve ever spent. Gyms should not be in a hallway with rooms that people are trying to sleep in, it should be separated.
