Rooms are a little small but fine for an overnight stay

Very nice stay. Although I did not need an accessible room.

The room was smaller than we expected from the pictures, and our room had a step up into the bathroom. However it was a nice room.

Amazing property. It holds the “old time” feel with the modern feel! Great beds, shower and clean as a whistle!!!

Very beautiful old hotel with a railway theme. Classy, clean. The hotel does not offer breakfast. You can however go next door to "Eggsburgh" which is a good breakfast restaurant, but a bit pricy. Staff there was wonderful (Halley!).

A wonderful, historic Utah hotel with a fantastic helpful staff and comfy beds! The bathrooms are a bit cramped, but hey, historic! :) Lots of fun, with good restaurants on site if wanted.

Customer service was the only positive The toilet was half a foot from the bath tub, I had difficulty sitting on it as a 5’5” height as for my husband who is 6’4” he had to become a contortionist to sit on the toilet. You should state that parking is available but charged at $25 a night and yes there is breakfast but you get $15 each person to use the restaurant next door and all the meals are over $16.

The staff and ambience are what brings me back here.

Nice and unique old hotel. Has good character and feel

Location was okay. Do NOT stay here if you have babies with you. This Hotel is in need of serious updating. The bathrooms have mold. The carpets are so dirty they are oily. My husband had to get his phone from under the bed and his body was literally oily from being on the carpet. We also had our toddler who desperately wanted to walk and crawl around which was a nightmare given how dirty everything was. Also the travel crib provided was so unbelievably dirty and sticky. We definitely did not use it and shared our bed with our toddler.

The air conditoning would never kick in and get the room below 75 degrees. didn't know that the bar area was not open. This is a nice option when i choose my stay. Elevator was inoperable for a little while, though i know that you cannot control that.
