The staff were great! Over the phone and in person. We arrived past the check in time and they hold the room for us.

The room was very clean and tidy, bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fairly mediocre but the omelette was great and fresh made to order. Didn't get great recommendations when I asked for a good dinner spot nearby, but staff was friendly otherwise.

Felt like I transported back to the 1990's - everything was clean but dated. The faucets in the bathrooms were dripping and broken.

Be aware you have to pay 40 dollars for parking and the hotel isn’t even that nice . Ice maker didn’t work on our floor have to go to first floor to get ice.

The hotel is outdated, I checked in late at night and the sink was not draining. I called and two guys showed up and fixed the sink. At the same time, they made the bathroom well and dirty. I called and the had only one housekeeper. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. The breakfast was okay, very limited.

Spencer’s the restaurant on the premises delivered to my room . Good food and since I was too exhausted to go anywhere the brought the food to me .

The location was great. Restaurants and bars close by. The AC didnt really work, the bathroom smelt bad, and the toilet kept running and we needed to fix it every time it was used. It's just an older Hilton that needs some renovations.
