Hilton Salt Lake City Center

The room was very clean. There was some stains on the curtains up high We did not get check out instructions in our email the day we checked in nor the day we checked out. We went down to the front desk where the staff member at the counter told us to place our room keys in a drop box on the counter. When we got to the parking garage we did not have our room keys because the staff member told us to place them in the box. We needed them to leave the parking garage. So we had to pay to leave the garage and then paid again for parking with our incidentals charge. $74 for parking. I’d appreciate if someone reading this looked into it and could return one of the $37 charges for parking.

Location and friendly staff Paid for an allergy room as our son is asthmatic and was unwell. So much mould in the bathroom and a damp smell throughout. In desperate need of an update and ventilation review.

This is a tired property overdue for a refresh. Nothing terrible about it and a good location, but next time I'll stay at the Marriott nearby.

Nice, clean and convenient. Close to the airport, and close to the Hyrox event. A lot of places to eat that are walking distance.

$40+ for parking after paying over $200 for a one night stay. Ridiculous

They charge $35 for parking if you stay here. Booked a bathroom with 2 sinks and they downgraded to 1. The prices keep going up, their amenities are going down, and service isn’t improving. Staying at a new hotel downtown going forward.

Great central location. Good room size and comfortable Staff were not welcoming. We had a room booked for 4 with breakfast included but only got given 2 breakfast vouchers because ‘that is their policy’. That is false advertising

When traveling, name recognition plays an important role in picking a hotel. I booked the Hilton because of the name and it’s familiar. Unfortunately, this particular Hilton didn’t live up to the name. The shower didn’t drain properly, and water backed up while showering and did not drain until after the shower was off. The bathroom didn’t have a vent fan (or it was broken) and steam was trapped inside. Some of the furniture had stains on it. The jacuzzi jets in the pool area did not work. When getting out of my car in the parking garage, a cockroach ran nearby. Definitely a disappointing stay.

Downtown walkable location. Needed hot tub -great -I’m old! Walking to restaurants.

Perfect stay, I enjoyed every moment. Their stake house was amazing, the food out was from 1 to 10 a 9.5. Did not like i had to pay for parking, $30 dollars a day.

The hotel Was fine. Staff was helpful and friendly . Room felt old but clean. Gorgeous views. We tried room service for a late lunch. First of all, not great selection of choices. Ordered a $60 steak and chicken. came with NO sides. The chicken was dry and we didn’t finish it. The steak was chewy and bland. Room service brought us plasticware to cut the steak. We didn’t finish that either. Not impressed with the food at all.
