Clean room with a good view
-
Hotel was nice and central to things down town.
-
Lovely, dependable Hyatt. However, was there during a convention and it was horrible.
-
Customer service was not at par. I had very high expectations for this hotel and was disappointed.

If you need anything, just ask the staff. Super helpful

The location was great. Seemed like a very high end hotel. With how nice the hotel was, I would have thought they could have helped us out more with the cleaning/dry cleaning of a shirt that got dirty during our travel there.
-
Classy hotel with a fabulous rooftop pool and fantastic food.
-
Booked a corner king so we had a grand view, unit was clean and spacious. The pool was nice but was a super windy day. Wished the pool was open later in the evening so we could have taken advantage of it.

We stay here all the time we love it, but we always say the same thing. They need to keep poolside service going as long as the pool is open instead of ending at 6:00. Also they would benefit from offering 24 hr room service. If they really want to splurge, add a hot tub next to pool! It’s was 92 when we stayed and the pool was still freezing

Easy to walk to most places. Awesome view of the city It would have been nice if there was a hair dryer provided. Thankfully I did bring my own just in case. Loved the strong water pressure in the shower! Also, it was a little bit hard to figure out the parking at first, but in the end, it was fine.

Very modern, clean hotel. Great facilities, lovely roof top pool Nothing

Location is great! Just a couple of blocks from Temple Square. Tons of restaurants nearby, but most are pricey. Room wasn't the biggest but it was nice. The hotel could use a little TLC. The floor we were on had peeling wallpaper and baseboards. The biggest knock about this place is the parking. You can park yourself for $35 per night, or valet for $45. Made the mistake of grabbing a coffee on my way out from the Market downstairs. $5 for a self-serve paper cup. Next time I'll skip that and head to the convenience store nearby. Overall not a bad stay, but overpriced for what you get.
