Very disappointed that $150.00 holding on my credit card takes 2-3 working day to be put back on my account. This is a ridiculous amount of time for this to be refunded. Tip don’t put it on your travel card put it on your cc. Be upfront with guests to how long the holding money takes to to be refunded. We were told straight away and we are now day 2.

Cat at the coffee shop was extremely rude, in the morning her personality was very much assorted. The pool was nicely laid out. The parking was sparse giving there was an event that weekend, it was a lengthy walk to get to the actual hotel. Check in was smooth, and the room was clean. My experience overall 4/10.

I had a beautiful corner room that had everything a great hotel room should have. I am so tired of rooms having poor lighting, missing things like full length mirrors, items to help with seeing how you put on your makeup, comfortable pillows and bed—this room had everything you could need. It had it all. The beautiful corner view and large windows were a delightful bonus.

The room was clean and quiet. The shower was nice. There was space to spread out my things. The elevators work quickly. The place is attractive. The valet parking department seemed understaffed.
