Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City

The king room with the city view was amazing. The sunset was beautiful. The on property restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast.

I was there for the FanX convention and it was extremely convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I felt the shower was a bit weird. I had a difficult time getting the temperature right.

We loved the location, Valet parking was super efficient when picking up our vehicle even very early in the morning. Pool was great, views from the room and pool were great. Loved the little coffee shop in the lobby (they make a mean latte). The room was super clean and nicely kept.

Room was nice and clean. Gorgeous view.

Great Location. Hotel Staff are absolutely perfection. Check in was one of the best ones I have in years. Rooms are modern clean and with everything you need . Will definitely come back !

Location, size of room, bedding and bed were comfortable, hotel food Was told the day the before we checked out that a late checkout could only be assured (in a very strong way from someone at reception) until the morning of departure? Then I called reception in the am and was told my package allowed a 2:30pm checkout! Information needs to be shared to avoid this miscommunication.

Loved the room and cleanliness

Everything was good as you would hope from a Hyatt Regency hotel.

A beautiful, modern hotel in a fantastic downtown location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the mountain and city views are excellent, and the rooftop pool is a great feature. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Parking is somewhat expensive, but overall this is a very good choice for a stay in Salt Lake City.

The facilities was really clean. The staff was courteous and always available when needed. Excellent amenities.

Great location and beautiful hotel

Breakfast had been prepaid as part of our reservation. However, when we tried to leave, staff stopped us and asked for payment. We had to wait while they verified that we had already paid. At checkout, the front desk agent apologized for the "miscommunication" and said this never happens. No further effort was made to address the situation. We spent over $500 on a night meant to be one of the most memorable of our lives. Instead, we left frustrated and disappointed. This is the first hotel review I have ever written, which reflects how poorly this was handled. We will not be staying at a Hyatt again.
