Everything was pretty great! The only thing I would say is one gal at the marketplace had a bit a grumpy disposition - hopefully she was just having an off day and not always so unfriendly. All the others were so kind, polite and happy! The hotel is was amazing, the valet guys were great!

Space was pretty clean but even in the 12th floor the sound from the convention center and clubs along the main road were very loud. It was difficult to sleep. There were also other guest running around with full bottles of alcohol or no shoes and VERY intoxicated. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean room; NO carpeting--as we wanted; very helpful staff from check-in to bell people to valet service; wonderful and complete breakfast. When we next visit SLC, we'll definitely stay here!

Clean and good location. Hotel didn't have exclusive parking garage and transfer the cost for parking your vehicle to customer in a share area. Doesn't have Hotel Room dinner service, and restaurants close by 9:00 PM. During buffet breakfast waitress can't provide a simple Cappuccino and didn't allow us to go for our own omelets on the designated area. Pool area is small considering the Hotel size and its bar closes at 6 PM. Pool is not protected against wind or sun light properly (just a few umbrellas for customers and one shade area on the side)

The staff was immensely helpful and kind. The hotel room was quite even with the multiple conventions that were going on.

The hotel is an upmarket hotel in the city center, walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. We had dinner at the Mar Muntanya restaurant that is situated in the hotel, highly recommended. We enjoyed the stay and will visit again. N/A

This is probably one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We stayed here to have somewhere to stay from my bachelorette party and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They asked which kind of room I might want and I said “something with a good view or something kind of high up,” and they put us on the top floor, which was amazing! Also, the staff was so sweet, and they dropped off a little gift for my bachelorette party that had some balloons, some cookies, some sparkling water, and a very sweet note. It was a lot more than I even expected despite knowing the hotel was going to be nice anyways, and it really meant a lot. The staff was wonderful and very kind and it was nice to be so central in Salt Lake for the events we were going to. The hotel is very well maintained and they have restaurants and stuff downstairs, which is nice.

Very clean facility. Helpful staff. The room was very nice. My family was on the 21st floor and the view was beautiful. They had the air conditioning on and the room felt amazing after being in the heat all day.
