Location Location Location The girl behind the reception was extremely rude and standoffish when we went to check out….nit difficult to put a smile on your face…if you don’t like serving people or your job move on to something else….thats my abiding memory of this hotel….shame!

There weren't any closets.

In center of downtown and across the street was uta trax Only access to hotel lobby from garage is on bottom floor

We were surprised we had to pay for parking... & my fault I didn't notice that Breakfast was not included.

The staff was great. The building was nice, too. The air conditioning unit was too loud, and it was not easy to dial in a good temperature. The controls on the unit itself didn't do anything. — Also, the room was a bit small... not much room for luggage/clothing.

The location is perfect! It's next to the Family History center and across the street from Temple Square. One block down is City Creek shopping.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Great price. Room was very clean. The room smelled like stale smoke.

Our room was large and clean, staff were pleasant, parking was extra but not very much. Location is very central, excellent for both downtown and for the Trax train including the airport route. Breakfast not included, but the stay was an excellent value anyway.

The hotel was clean. The facilities are in need of a major refresher.

Close to the Salt Palace & option for a breakfast item for a reasonable price + coffee in the lobby 24/7 Sometimes the handicapped button on the door coming from the parking garage didn't always work

Not much Outdated, ten bucks a night for parking, charge for breakfast which is way overpriced . Staff is very rude.

I looked forward to having a breakfast burrito like the last time. That time it was a normal size. It was the size of a hot dog. Very dissatisfied

Not much Rude staff. Stayed two nights but since we had to change rooms. We were charged 10.00 again to park. I said since we are only changing rooms why pay parking again. Was told I had two different confirmation numbers. I said yes but we are the same people. No resolution

The little store in the hotel was really handy for snacks and meals. The bed was a little bit too hard.

Excellent location near Temple Square, the state capitol, and the financial district.

Nice bedroom. It feels like home. Spanish speaking staff didn't want to speak in Spanish.

It was quiet and the staff was nice. No real issue. Rooms were clean but at the same time didn't feel clean. I think it was because everything was old so it just felt used and gross. This is also smack dab in the middle of LDS church row so if thats not your jam, not the best location for you. It's right on the bus line though so if you don't have your own vehicle it seems like you'll be able to get around town easily enough. Beds were comfortable. Parking was in a parking garage and my standard truck barely fit. If you drive a car, you're good. If you drive a van or truck you're going to be cringing and ducking. Good thing was my open bed was full of camping equipment and none of it was stolen, so the property was safe. The hotel was old. The rooms were old and the decorations were a choice. Lots of excessive fabrics, weird colors, and gold. It dated the room. Breakfast was weird. The prices were cheap but once we saw what was available we decided not to purchase from the hotel. You could get breakfast burritos for $3 and some change but the burritos were as thick as a kindergartners training pencil. You could also get pastries that looked like anything you could get from the grocery store or gas station.

Excellent location right near TRAX and can walk to temple square and food easily. Hiking trails were not too far either. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a great night sleep. being from Australia a kettle in the room was missed (but not unexpected). Coffee was available downtairs.
