New hotel. Well maintained. Peaceful stay.
-
+ Classy, elegant ambience, the interior decor. + Good, clean room. - The window view's not particularly impressive though. + Nice, helpful, friendly staff at the front desk. + Plenty restrooms and ice. + Conveniently located a short walk from the Gateway mall and Pioneer Park. . Seems reasonably priced, considering this hotel's proximity. - Breakfast not included. No voucher to use for anything at the Bistro.
-
Very clean and well maintained, the bed was was way too firm for my personal taste so it made for a rough nights sleep. Other than that it was a great stay.
-
The room is very comfortable, the pool is terrific with good hours, excellent location. The only problem is no free parking. Offering free parking or at least iinform8ng in advance that you have to parkb in sla ot next door.for a fee.

The gentleman check-in was very efficient and kind. He gave me some great information for interesting things within walking distance. The towels are coarse and lower quality than I expected for this level hotel. Keep in mind that the bistro serves wine and beer, but it is only available if you purchase a meal. If you just want the relaxing glass of wine or drink plan on walking at least a block.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the little store and restaurant were really overpriced. gone are the days of free hotel breakfasts.
-
Parking fee are unreasonably high & it should be free for the clients.

Had so much fun!
-
The bed, pillow, and bedding were subpar.
-
Very well kept hotel. Room was clean and homey. Staff was super nice and accomodating! Breakfast was good as well. Parking was super convenient.

My complaint is actually with the website. The address of the hotel is not correct. It took me to a different part of the city in an apartment complex. I called the hotel for help but the operator was too busy checking people in to help. I figured it out from Apple Maps. When I got to the hotel the same person said she knew about the wrong address and would report it. Who knows?

Courtney at the front desks was a rock star. Friendly and welcoming with all guests. Clean and nice rooms. Pool and hot tub were a bonus
-
Very friendly staff and good food. Flexible with service. Courtney at the front desk was superb. Everything was great, and the staff did several little things to help the comfort of the stay.

The room layout was very awkward and not what I have come to expect from a Marriott property. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the shower lacked a door, and the nightstands were so small that there was barely enough space for essential items, especially for someone who needs to set up a medical device while sleeping. The biggest disappointment was the lack of any designated outdoor seating area for smokers. I have stayed at many hotels and have never encountered a property without at least a bench, chair, or small area outside to sit. Additionally, there was no complimentary breakfast offered. The only option available was a Starbucks on-site where guests must pay separately. Overall, from booking to checkout, this stay was a disappointing experience. While the staff deserves recognition for their kindness and professionalism, the accommodations themselves did not meet expectations. I will most likely return to staying with Hyatt properties in the future.

I absolutely can recommend this hotel!
