The room was clean, parking accessible in garage steps away from hotel and the bistro has a great selection of food. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient and the bistro employees were just as friendly and efficient.

Room was amazing Staff was amazing We skipped breakfast , sleep was more important:) Parking was great only it was very busy due to a hockey game.

Good location I didn’t have hot water the whole time I was there. I couldn’t take a shower.

Handy location downtown Nicely appointed and comfortable bed. Very nice walking shower. Staff very friendly and nice Breakfast not included

The shower was old and didn't drain, the towels were like brillo pads! Couldn't get a beer without ordering food, no mat or rug in the bathroom. We were double charged for a prepaid stay!!!!!

We were on the top floor. Two of the three days, at 9:00am there wasn’t enough hot water to have a 5 minute shower. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the unit. Farther walk to most restaurants. Staff was very nice. The coffee wasn’t great and expensive.
