The hotel itself was nice, staff was very friendly. However, our AC unit did not work and we didn’t have any hot water in our room. We told the front desk at night and their solution was free drinks lol. Again very nice, but there was a bad heat wave through SLC this weekend and having the ac working would’ve been nice. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were so thrilled to see police patrol @ the facility. In Downtown SLC you have to use the parking garage which can often contain hooligans & homeless, which is fine, just a potential unsafe obstacle for a late night checkin. The police followed us to to the 2nd floor of the parking garage & out into the hotel. The room was fabulous & the hotel rep was so prompt & professional!

Parking no problem. Bed was comfortable. Room smelled like mildew/mold was my biggest concern. Shower didn’t even have a door. It was a great location but the stay itself was okay.
