Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City-Downtown

Loved this hotel. Hall ways , doors were wide . Very comfortable . Having a couch and kitchen is ideal. Quiet location near farmers market.

Gorgeous facility. Awkward parking situation but worth it.

Rooms very clean abd breakfast was good only could not leave the hotel because it was not safe walking outside

We were especially impressed by the maintenance man Diego. He unclogged our bathtub with a smile and then came back to clean the entire tub for us. What great service!

I like having a kitchenette and the extra space of Homewood suites. It was in a good location and met my family’s needs.

Nice room Double charged for room at 2:08 am after I paid in full on arrival. Front desk seemed to not be able to find my reservation through booking.com and not sure what happened but I was double charged. Not great.

Property is well located downtown, not too much going on at night. Quiet and feels relatively safe. Helpful staff, nice rooms. Parking for a fee was probably my least favorite part. Although you are allowed to park on the street but subject to availability

I liked the fact this place has some suites as a one bedroom. The parking garage was a nice feature but it did cost $20 extra a day. The location wasn’t great, o don’t think it’s the safest part of town and our room ac wasn’t very good. The bathroom was worn down and really needed some attention. Breakfasts were the worst I’ve experienced

The staff were very nice. I was pretty grossed out during my stay. It’s not that the room wasn’t cleaned ( I can tell the staff does a very good job) but they really need to invest in pest control! I found tiny ants in the bathroom everyday and found one Rolly Polly in the bathtub. I just didn’t sleep well not knowing what else I would find.

Tub didn’t drain in our room, there was something goopy on the extra bedding bag, the breakfast could’ve been nicer, not a fan of powdered eggs.

Room looked like the cleaning was rushed, opened my window and people whom used it before me left food outside window.
