Place to sleep and a shower is all one can expect

The room I finally received was sort of clean. The first room they gave me wasn't even cleaned yet. The beds had clean sheets, the floor was semi clean. They tried to give nice soap but it was a Mango soap and I'm allergic to Mango. But, you're in a SLC go buy some soap. lol The shades on the window was broken but my son fixed those. Their room didn't have the door guard lock on it. They ended up shoving the table and chairs against their door. Their window had hand prints on them that made you think someone was trying to get in. We stayed 2 nights since it was inexpensive and more or less clean. The first morning there was a police officer in the parking lot. That was comforting! It's just a cheap hotel with bare but semi clean rooms and the shower had almost no pressure. You get what you pay for.

The property was rubbed down, not maintained AT ALL (a fresh coat of paint would go a long way to start)! The young man at the desk was polite. The property obviously has MANY permanent residents. We did not feel safe, and was worried for our car. NEVER have I had hotel staff go and check my room before my deposit money was returned. Not ONE picture even came close to what was advertised.

The staff are very helpful and promptly address customers’ needs.

The bathroom was the weirdest part. There is not reliable hot water for showering, the coffee maker is right next to the toilet, and there were crevices right at eye level (the window well) which had caked on dust that looks like it had not been touched for months. Upon checkout, the staff member could not tell me when or if I could expect a return on my "deposit". Best part is they don't even have an official website or place to lodge complaints. I can deal with a lot, but this was such a disgusting and disappointing stay. At least it was walking distance to downtown. I am incredibly upset.

One of the main things was that I was not informed that there would be a $100 cash security deposit for the room. Travelers should be informed of this to make sure they have a $100 cash. Kind of a scary place. Would not recommend.

I never stayed there! So gross. Looked at it and demanded a refund!
-
This is the most poorly maintained property I've been to in a very long time. Wow. The walls and bathtub were flaking huge chunks of paint. Awful tile, bad bathroom door, etc.
-
good for the price.
-
Rooms clean had a good experience checking in no issues at all
-
Overall nice room. The area was a little sketchy but not the worst I've ever seen. Room was clean and comfortable
-
Took almost an hour to get into room. Once inside the room, furniture was broken and top blankets were dirty. Chairs in the room were completely stained and room smelled like cigarettes. Coffee pot was on shelf above toilet which is incredibly unsanitary.

Our tv turned off randomly at night and the outlet stopped working making our lamps not work either. Not many outlets to plug in your phone. The elevator is scary old thing, did not like to use it. No breakfast at this location in SLC. Close to very nice hotels but more of a sketchy motel. Owe were surprise hoping for like a comfort inn vibe but way down hill then those.

Photos on the website are clearly outdated. This property is not being maintained, sadly.
-
Small dumpy room. Broken tub plug. Loose towel rack. No amenities. Avoid.
-
Nice big room. Good location. A bit run down but you get what you pay for.
-
Stopped for one night. It was ok.
-
You get what you pay for but there was no hot water and the bathroom sink leaked so there was a constant puddle of water in the bathroom. Staff did not provide more than one key card for the room and was not helpful.
-
Nasty room and everything broken inside and the bathroom sink is clogged and the room smells
-
Convenient location, quiet, and clean.
