It was beautiful Parking

Excellent large room, huge bed, very comfy, great tvs, lovely staff, lobby has a great smell, great having Starbucks and restaurant on site. And of course the cookies are delicious! Nothing.

We haven't been through Salt Lake City in a few years and the last time we were we stayed at the Double Tree. At that time it was going through a major remodel/makeover because it was still mostly the previous hotel chain's features and furnishings and they were refitting it to Double Tree standards. Since that time the remodel is complete and we were quite pleased with the accommodations. It is quite the upgrade and we were very pleased and will make the Double Tree our first choice on our next trip through Utah.

Amazing experience like the location love their 2 queen corner Suite.

We travel a lot and we stay in hotels. We have stayed in 12 hotels in the past 3 weeks on a long road trip. This was by far the absolute BEST hotel we have used. The staff were very friendly and helpful, checking in frequently to see if everything was okay. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Everything looked new. The breakfast was delicious. Parking in the onsite garage (20 dollars per night) was easy. And they gave us delicious cookies upon check in and check out! Stay here, you will love it!

Very clean and comfortable The TV didn’t work when we checked in and there was only one tea bag and one creamer for two people

Front desk staff was super helpful. Everything was as expected and exceeded expectations. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was wonderful. And clean

AC wouldn’t cool the room. Staff said they were sending an engineer and a fan to the room. Never saw the fan and the AC issue seemed to persist. We spent 20$ a night for parking but another location around the block didn’t charge parking. Room wasn’t turned the last day of stay.

Exceptional

Wheelchair horrifying entering bedroom space and bathroom , sliding doors kept closing, air conditioning in units weren’t ideal “still warm in rooms” housekeepers werent thoroughly cleaning the rooms or replacing towels , coffee, condiments, had to call guess services to replace what was needed ! I wouldn’t stay here again” I mean it is a low key “not crowded hotel”

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was on the edge of downtown but still very much within walking distance. Hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We could check-in early, sleep so soundly, and wake up to a gorgeous mountain view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel is good. However, the in house bar needs additional staff and management oversight.
