Everything was wonderful! From check in, to the site and amenities, to our room and cleanliness. We will absolutely be looking for this chain for our next adventure.

We had an amazing stay. The room was big, modern, and very clean. The front desk team went out of their way to help us, and the location was within walking distance of popular landmarks.

Kinda lame they charge for parking when they have a giant parking lot. Just put it in the cost of the room so we don't feel like you're nickel and dimeing us. It makes you look cheap.

Proud to say one of the best stays we’ve had the opportunity to reserve! Close to the State Capitol, all possible amenities on site. Although the pool was closed due to someone having an accident, everything was perfect. Dinning was superb! Wife approved. Great view from our room of the City, we didn’t have to leave for anything. Our room was spot on perfect!

We were charged $540 security deposit instead of $360. When they “fixed” it we then had a hold for $540 and $300. They couldn’t figure out how to release the funds for the first 7 of 9 days. We were told parking was part of the Soccer Nationals package and yet, never was refunded that $180 either. Left message with the GM J.S. Never received a call or email back. They offered breakfast for one person for one day as an “I’m sorry”. We were unable to do anything or go out to eat the first 7 days. Thank goodness we went and got snacks before arriving at the hotel and our son had meals with the soccer team.
