John S and Haley at front reception desk in the evening were so kind, welcoming and accommodating to my needs and questions.

Receptionists were amazing!!! Helped sort out a very messy missed reservation detail and smoothed it all out beautifully!! So grateful for them!!

Restaurant and coffee shop on site was super convenient and delicious, but a bit expensive. A lot to do around the building. Only complaint was that house keeping did not replace our conditioner one night, so we were completely out mid shower and just went without. Water pressure was low, also. A very small compliant, no worries as we didn’t ask for more and just assumed it’d be replaced when housekeeping came in, but was it was not. We will stay again, probably every time we plan a trip to SLC.

Clean room and central location. Nice that they have coffee station refill areas on each floor.

The street is noisy! We heard street racers/loud cars all night until 3:00 am.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Great central location to anything downtown SLC. Valet parking was very convenient.

Marriott is great, Hotel and rooms good. But this time, they won’t be able to find my reservation. Booking for some reason sent a wrong name for them, and 1am and I was looking for another hotel with 3 kids. Employees not able to find my reservation. They charge me for 2 rooms, after many fights was cancelled, no reimbursement so far after 20 days and counting!

Stunning place to stay.

I love the location. So close to everything, free parking, and I walked everywhere to include the mall. Very relaxing and the tree lights were so magical!

Everything was great

Hotel was great, clean, comfortable. We've stayed here before and it's always great! Only problem we had was the people next door sounded like they were ripping their room apart which isn't the hotel people fault.
