Breakfast didn’t start until 7am and was of only fair quality.

New hotel. Clean rooms, close to road but amazingly quiet!! Pool was warm and hot tub was HOT! Breakfast was also great!

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Sugar House, is well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, though not differentiated from typical breakfast offerings at similar hotels. My biggest issue in the rooms is that the AC unit is a few feet from the bed at bed level, so that it blows directly on you from the side. Some people will not be bothered by this, but it was not good for me. It was enough of an issue that we propped up an ironing board to try to redirect the air.

Clean property with very pleasant staff. Fitness room and bathroom clean too. Breakfast has above average oatmeal choices too. Second time staying here and will stay again next time in town.
