Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City I-80 I-15 Downtown

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good price and easy access to the freeway. Would stay here again.

This was a very convenient hotel and the breakfast was outstanding! There is no elevator however, which made lugging the suitcases upstairs difficult.

Somewhere to crash for the night without breaking the bank.

The room was clean and comfortable for a quick one night stay with a dog. There was enough parking on the property for a trailer. Would definitley stay here again.

Our room was clean. The staff was extremely nice. Loved the quick access to I-80. Breakfast was very good and the workout room was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will stay here again.

Hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. We thought it was downtown but it was about 15 minutes away. Amenities and breakfast were nice.

This place is a scam! We booked for a softball tournament through a third party company. They attempted to put me into a room that I didn’t book, upon arrival. Staff was rude and stated I had to work it out through the third party company. The company stated the hotel was at fault and several times attempted to contact the property. I ended up telling the hotel to cancellation my reservation and not staying! They charged me for 4 nights stay and would not cancel my reservation, despite me not even staying there. I am disputing all my charges with my bank. I even had to file a police report because of the situation. These people are nothing but scammers and have no concept of customer service. I would avoid this place at all costs. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Clean and spacious room. Easy access to interstates. It was quiet and comfortable.

Staff and rooms were great. Super clean and newly renovated.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Probably wouldn’t stay there again due to the noise.

Our room was on the third floor. The floor above us was noisy during the night.

But the laundry room caused us a headache. We started washing a load of laundry knowing that there were both washers and dryers that were functional. But when we went back to the laundry room to put the clean clothes in the dryer, both dryers had ‘out of order’ signs on them. Leaving us with a load full of wet clothes and we were leaving in the morning. If not for the laundry maintenance issues, this review would be 5 stars

Guests and traffic was very loud all night. Even the air conditioner was loud, but I kept it on to drown out the other noises.

Hot food was barely lukewarm. I commented to management who addressed complaint to staff. Nothing was done about it and no one seemed to care.

Place is dirty, the side doors to the building are broken, the outside feels unsafe.

Clean, comfortable beds, and amazing staff! We are coming back for our next trip!
