Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City I-80 I-15 Downtown

This was probably my favorite hotel I've stayed in, in a long time. The breakfast was good, the room was nice, the bathroom exceptional. Great value. Will stay again!

Clean room, noisy air conditioner and the TV didn’t work. Continental breakfast was outstanding.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

My room was clean, cooled down at checking, staff was courteous and efficient, the breakfast was adequate, with plenty of selections.

When I brought this up, the front desk lady was rude and confrontational. She suggested that the issue was Expedia’s mistake but made no effort to resolve it or offer an alternative. I don’t care whose mistake it was. I paid for a room with three beds, and I expect to receive a room with three beds.

Advertised as having a swimming pool. Pool was out of order. While I get that things happen, usually when I book a stay and this occurs, I get a call so that I can make other arrangements if I want to. With temps upwards of 110° during my stay, the pool was one of the reasons I booked there.

Right off the highway if passing through town. Easy parking and very clean/nice rooms.
